I never actually got to use this place. I called, gave my name, then there was silence. I thought I got cut off. So I called back. They asked if if I could hold. Then kept me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back. Told them my name and that I had called earlier. She put me on hold and then silence again. I held for another 5 minutes. Then decided not to use them if they can't even take a call.

Horrible . They will call continuously to your employer before due date. I am at risk of losing my job due to them calling. I've had the loan for over three years and only had one late payment. They do not have any professional skills as a business. They sure do call and ask for me to get more and more money every month. And the girls in office are rude and don't listen.

Had my daughter call to help her sister, who has troubles talking or getting around and who ever answered was so cold, and nasty. She was rude, said she would not do anything for me, and hung up. Never will go here nor recommend it.

Absolutely the worst place I have dealt with in my life suing me over $100 and I have to pay $700 that’s a rip off!! They LIED! They only want people money they not out to help NOONE!! Absolutely disgusted I would never refer this company to anyone !!! Need to have better communication

So today I went in to the place next door to this loan place only because I had read the review and didn't sound like they would be helpful well I went next door while my fiancee went to check this place out . I had a hard time what seemed like at cash express but at this southern loan location my fiancee had answer and a loan withing I would say 20_25 mins the lady who took care us him was great friendly and didn't make it rough thank u so much. Definitely a place to recommend

I would not recommend this place to anyone. There's one worker there I guess she over the store I don't know but she was very rude and very unprofessional. I was approved for the loan but once I drove all the way out there she first told me she needed my daycare licence to put a lein on it in case I didn't pay the loan back(mind you I was only approved for $160) then once she fount out I didn't own it just worked there she said and I quote "Oh well you can't get a loan from us anyway that's not a legitiment job"... How is that I file taxes and it's a daycare

Southern Loans is not like most small loan places. They do loans with no bank account and will accept people who are on retirement or disability. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for small emergency loans.
