Came in to get my brand new blu- ray out the pawn shop and I was told they sold it to someone else! And I was told to pick a raggedy one off the shelf. So now they have a problem. Today is 5-3-2017. Oh and 3 blu-rey movie's. What a joke.

1) they are WAY over priced. I was in there and saw a Ihome station and decided I needed one so I bought it. I go to WALMART the day after and realize I could have gotten the same one brand new warranty and all for $40 cheaper. I also bought and Xbox Slim 4gb there because they where having a sale. when I got home I noticed thy charged me for a 250 hard drive and then also charged me for the kinect seperatly which cost me more than a 250bg with the kinect brand new from the store!! I had to call and fight them about it!! they finally gave me some money back. Then I realized they gave me the wrong connections!! That was also a fight. 2) They don't care for any of there supplies and parts are often missing my mother wanted to buy a showing machine there and it was missing all of it part down to the pedal and they still wanted $100 cash for it. 3) If you get a warranty on an item and bring it back to exchange it they don't return tax and warranty doesn't transfer. 4) They don't ever give you your money back they just give you store credit even if you gave them an extra $10 bill.

Went in to look for a good deal. I asked why the used tools were marked retail price and was told because I could exchange it for a new one because of lifetime warranty. First off, lifetime warranty only covers if it's broke. Second, why would I waste time buying a used one if I can buy a new one for the same price? Everything was high priced. Will not be back.

I went in yesterday around 4:00 P.M. in a bit of a bind needing a loan. I dealt with Rochelle. I have to say she was really professional, and very nice. Gave me exactly what I was asking and I was out in not too long. I’ll go there to her every time!

They pulled an item I had in pawn after I'd been paying on it every month for several months didnt call me to let me know it was coming due and claimed they did I know for a fact they did not. Not only did they pull the item they threw away the box i brought it in with the original box and the employee copped an attitude with me when i was upset at what they had done i was never rude i calmly expressed that they never gave me a courtesy call to let me know i needed to come make a payment and she copped an attitude and argued with me now I'm having to buy my own stuff back for more money this is very unprofessional there is no customer service seems as if the employees dont want to be there I will never do business with first cash pawn ever again because of this experience

Just got through visiting this shop and I'm very sad to say I probably won't be in again. I went in with my fiance to simply see if they had a trumpet or cornet for a Christmas gift for myself (I'm a music major in college and want to learn multiple instruments). As soon as we enter a young, blonde boy who I have not seen working there immediately accused us of stealing something in the past and claimed he knew my fiance from his, 'crazy hair.' I go in with my mother all the time and look at their jewelry. I have NEVER shoplifted in my life and felt personally attacked. I purchased both my engagement ring and my fiance's wedding band from this shop so I've given them plenty of business. I also worked in retail for many years and know how you deal with shoplifting and accusations is NOT the way. I don't care if my mother continues going here to purchase jewelry, but they will no longer have my business! I hope someone who works there reads this and understands that I am very upset.

I called and asked for a range (good/bad condition) for selling something. They couldn't give it to me, so selling online!! Not wasting my time to go in there to potentially get ripped off. I guess they dont care about online competition.

Some of them are very rude. That Mexican lady needs to learn how to conduct buisness. Very unprofessional the way she handled a few customers. While standing waiting to be helped three of them acted like you were bothering them. No greeting or eye contact. Didn't know what they were talking about. had to keep running to a manager on what to offer the customer. Took quite a long time before they reached the next customer. Never going back. Ridiculous prices on majority of their stuff.

Horrible customer service to start it off, was trying to take in a tv and 2 brand new rings ( mans 10ktg band and woman's ss with RG, diamonds in it at .5kts) she told me that she could give me $1.50 yes I typed that correctly one dollar and fifty cents. Also tried to tell me I was a liar and that the men's band wasn't real gold even though it has it inside the band! I showed her the receipt from Kay's where I just purchased them last December and I left her fumbling her words...she said do you still want to do the tv, "I'll give $20 for it." Ummm no!!! I'll take my business elsewhere, preferably a place that isn't ripping people off along with being rude! Rochelle is HORRIBLE!!! She needs to be trained on how to talk to customers and apparently how to inspect jewelry correctly! I took it all to another place and was able to get $205. Where she would've had me leave with $21.50...

The blonde manager is a snatch...accused me of bringing in stolen things because it was ALMOST brand new and I still had the box..she says "I need the receipt" bi*** if I had the receipt I would have taken it back to home Depot and gotten all of my money back....DO NOT GO HERE WITH THESE SORRY SUNSABITCHES

This pawn shop is a joke. Less than 1 star. Took a 3 karat diamond ring to pawn. Although they had a 2 karat diamond ring ON SALE for $5000.00 that was almost exactly like mine but a karat less, and they admitted mine was 14k gold and 3 karats, but they said the main 1 karat diamond "looked shallow" and offered me a laughable $500.00 for it. REAL jeweler told me that was... malarkey. "Shallow or thick" (which he said he had never heard a diamond described in such a way) a karat weight is a karat weight. Period. And, he estimated my ring is valued about $8000.00. Another pawn shop gave me $2000.00 on the pawn. If you're uninformed or desperate, do business with this pawn shop. If not, please go to most ANY other pawn shop in OKC area to get a fair deal.

My favorite pawn shop in Oklahoma. I haven't been to or through all of Oklahoma's pawn shops might I add, but of all the shops that I've been through and have pawned merchandise at, First Cash Pawn beats all the others hands down. If you happen to stop by and you see Dennis tell him Donnie says "Hi!"
