I was so excited when I was approved for my first loan of only $1000 as I had an emergency arise. I was then approved for a second loan for the same, no problem. 2 or 3 months in, I paid on the tenth day, which is considered late without the fee. I needed an auto loan and was denied. Nearly one year later, I found myself again asking for help and was denied for a personal loan. The young lady who takes payments was always courteous, Sheryl, was not so much. Disappointed and will not do further business nor refer anyone.

Finance Point got me approved there are some requires besides the Full Coverage Insurance but they aren't unreasonable. They work with my paydays and payment. All you have to do is call them, they are great people I always have great customer service from them. Would recommend them to anyone.

I pay extra on my car pmt for it to go to the principals. They said it would be paid faster. But I don't see it going any faster been paying for awhile!!!

Best people ever! Horrible credit, no money and no collateral; that was me. Yet, the dealership had taken my pre-owned car that was paid for as a down payment. They said, "no worries," gave me a shiny new red Camaro, sold my car and could not find a lender. Whoops! This meant that they could not take the car they gave me because they sold the car used for collateral. I had the Camaro for literally 3 months without a payment (yay me!). The down side; I was at the dealership nearly once weekly signing new paperwork and ruining my already despicable credit. I cursed everyone out-several times. Turns out Finance Point bid for my loan several times before DAVID STANLEY CHEVEROLET 614 SW 74th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139 accepted it. I didn't get to keep the red Camaro. But, I got the best financing possible and Finance Point helped as much as they could. They even have a Christmas program! Yes. At Christmas time, if you've paid on time most of the time, you can skip your payment for the month of December. The amount is added to the end of your loan but hey...it's Christmas time! Finance Point, thank ya baby! (My native tongue lol)

They have treated me well. The people that expect "good interest rates" from finance point are not being realistic. They are a high-risk lender. They take people even if their credit is poor and work with them. This is the place to go if you can't finance your loan at a normal bank and you don't want to go to a loan shark. You'll pay high interest, but if you make your payments on time, you'll move up in interest tiers and can get down to a lower rate with them even with poor credit.

Well so far has been decent apr not too bad but called to try to get a deferral on payment where I had surgery and this my wife was in an automobile accident this morning says can’t do it so I have to borrow the money to make my payment so if you have a family emergency give it up don’t even ask

Horrible Company to work with, they have high interest rates and only work with scamming car salesman who lie about the amount you give for down payments, they also sell you cars with bad transmissions and bad water pumps. They had us bring in a car 30 days later and they never honored the warranty and all around bad contract, sold a lemon car. Very crooked company to work with. They took advantage of me who didn't have bad credit and messed up my name for trying to purchase a car from them. 2012 Nissan

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They will tell your personal business to other people and your car payment will raise higher each year. Save your money and go to someone trustworthy who will not tell your personal info to anyone. Very unprofessional as well.

Called to get a loan... It said no credit check but as soon as I submitted the application I received a notification from credit karma that they did check my credit... I called them and the lady was very rude... Glad I didn't get approved. Can't do business like that...

Very high interest rates and wont work with you at all. I would rather ride a bicycle than get a car loan from them.

AMAZING customer service! I've had my car loan through Finance Point, for about 3 years now and I love them! Me and my husband had some money issues due to a lost wallet and fraud and they were awesome and patient with payments. Very nice, very sympathetic and a serious shout out to my girl Stormy! She rocks and works with you the best she can and does her job above and beyond. They are great people! Totally recommend them!

We have had a car loan with this awesome company for about a year and a half and they have been great. Always great customer service when we do call. This month we have had some financial trouble and Jason has been helping us every step of the way. We really appreciate him and helping us with this months payment due to our situation!
