Horrible customer service this place is the worst place I have ever had to deal with. Whatever you do DO NOT get a Loan from them. I had problems with my GPS and was told to contact the place that they hired to put it in to get it fixed. I did everything i was suppose to do and even updated all my info when i moved only to be told after they picked up my vehicle that i had to come into the bank do that. I was treated so rudely and told by the loan officer Kinner that i took off the gps when she was fully aware of what was going on. I even have the email from her saying who i needed to contact. I even contacted the the person who put the gps in and he said he called her to tell her that i did not tamper with the gps. No matter what I said she still treated me with such unfairness and when I asked to speak to someone above her she just said that the person was on vacation till next week. So if your looking for a bank do not go here no one can ever help you with anything plus no one seems to ever know anything. Kinner will not allow you to say or do anything she has to be in full control over the entire situation. What is very sad about this is that there are some that work at this location that are extremely kind that welcome you. My first experience going to them i will never forget Samantha Robinson was so kind to me and my ex husband. The VP at this bank is also very kind with customers. Why the loan manager is the way she is I do not know but i really think they need to put someone else who is more understanding and kind. I am so disappointed in what has happened to me, but looking at all the other reviews I am glad that it was not only me that has had trouble with this Kinner person. So to Credit Union One I really think it is time your company Looks into this matter and see's that this person has some issues of Control. (She acts as if she owns the place, that everyone works for her)

I loved this bank until they changed their policy on computer generated paper paychecks. Until about 6 months ago funds were available immediately. Now takes 5 days for entire check to clear. If deposit on Friday they release $100 on Monday, $400 on Tuesday and the remainder on Wednesday of the following week. My company does not have automatic deposit. The good thing is you can have 5 free cash withdrawals at any ATM. I would have given 5 stars but the paycheck thing prevents me from doing that.

Horrible customer service. I proved that I did not make transactions on the account to cause the overdraft fees and the employee Crystal working with me said she still could not refund the overdraft fees. The employee Crystal spoke with the company herself and verified I did not make the charges on the account. The company on the other hand was wonderful refunding what was charged on the account but I still have to deal with $60 in courtesy pay charges from the credit union. I understand that I have to file an POLICE report but that still does not excuse the disrespectful customer service after the employee herself verified I did not cause the charges on the account.

Worst experience with a financial institution. It takes 10 calls to get someone on the phone, wait 15 minutes on hold just to give up. After an hour of trying to reach someone at this garbage credit union I’ve decided not to bank with them. If it’s impossible to talk to people why would I want you to hold my money. The recording on the line says word of mouth is the best advertising so take my advice and skip this credit union and find a more reliable and customer service oriented banking establishment. I hope they go out of business.

I have had a loan with this company for over 5 years and have had limited issues. The people there have always been nice and understanding up until recently I have had no complaints. I think they go through a lot of employees which makes it stressful. The morning employees tend to not answer the phone and when asked for information they act like its a big deal for them to do their jobs.

There is a manager there , Deidre Kinner that is the absolute WORST in manners & professionalism . Not sure if she painfully dislikes her job, has personal issues that make her unfortunately sour, or what her problem is but she needs serious retraining as soon as it can be scheduled for her. Occasionally I have needed to delay pymt on my auto loan by about a month & even happily volunteer to pay more each mo. to catch up on the interest. With other bank mgrs there, they were so understanding & helpful. However, Kinner was ugly right away, rude, & due to her overtalking, would not allow me to state that I would make my due pymt by next mo. just fine! There are other managers & staff at CU One that are wonderful so hopefully they can share their customer service & personnel skills with her ASAP.

This bank has horrible customer service for their loans. Their managers are extremely aggressive over the phone and immediately start threatening for any reason. My address changed a year after I got my loan and a manager started accusing me of lying on my application. Even though I have six emails with their employees discussing my new address and preferred method of contact. I've also never received anything from the bank that they say they've mailed to my house, at either of my address'. I've always had to go in person to retrieve any documents. Anytime I've called in and complained about it though, I get accused of lying.

I've done business with them for 2 years now, and, for the most part, the experience has been decent. The auto loan I had goes through them, and I will say that I've had no issues at all with making my payment, etc. Most of the staff are very friendly, though when I traded in my vehicle last month, I called their main branch to inform them of the trade in. I wanted them to just note the account as pending payoff. After speaking to the first representative, I had to be transferred to the manager (for whatever reason). I was greeted, and essentially had to reiterate what I had told the employee I had spoken to prior. Before I could finish, I was cut off by "the manager" Ms. Kim(I think?). She became a bit aggressive explaining that I was responsible for my payment and that it would be recorded on my credit that my account was delinquent. I had to sit back and let her finish borderline threaten my credit. After that, I reminded that I just wanted the account to have a note stating that the vehicle was traded in and was pending payoff. Once again, she went to level 11 when it comes to aggressive. She informed that "No one has contacted us about a payoff!". I said "That's fine, I had used your online site for payoff information.". The entire conversation went terribly. Mainly because I have a seriously hard time dealing with unneeded and uncalled for aggression. Part of me thinks that she misunderstood what I was asking for them to do, but sheesh, at least let me explain before ranting about how I'm screwed if I don't make a payment. I understand fully, I just wanted to let you guys know that the car is about to get paid off by the dealership. After this all happened, I spoke with the dealership. Namely, the guy who did all of my financing (not sales). He told me that it was fine, that he had spoken to them and received a proper payoff value that should still stand, and that the vehicle would be paid off in less than 10 days. In closing, overall, I think Credit Union One of Oklahoma is a decent place to get financing for a secured, or unsecured loan. They have branches all over (credit union partners that allow you to use different banks to access your accounts). But seriously, the auto loan lady is kind of crazy. Maybe she just needs a vacation. I know I do.
