It's a very good place where you can cash checks and they confirm the checks before they cashed in which is a great blessing some people have fake checks are stolen checks and they go to the time to make sure everything is clear that is wonderful.

Tell me what good is a check cashing place they will not cash your payroll check unless they can talk to the bank? Why be open on the weekend when the banks are closed? If the banks were open I wouldn't need to come here! This is the result of stupid snowflakes running things!

Clean facade considering the amount of traffic. The inside was air conditioned and felt comfortable. The wait was short but I was there on a weekday around 4pm. Service was friendly and fast. Waited about 1 minute.

My spouse and I went in for a loan the first time the people was really nice, decided to go in and not make a payment but pay off the full amount, then wanted to borrow money again and they tell us they don't know what changed but we could only get 270, my question was, okay so it was 380 before, we paid you close to 500 today and you tell us 270, yes sir there's got to be more open accounts, um no there isn't wanna see for yourself? I wanted to kick myself for paying it off all at once, also should have just went to my bank for the loan, lower interest for sure!!! Never again will I use ace cash express!!!!

The representative was extremely helpful, and efficient. When it was my turn, she remembered who I was and followed up on whether or not I was interested in opening a debit card. She had a beautiful smile and I knew that she was genuine with her courteous remarks. Which included thanking me for coming in that day.

The ladies that run this location are always friendly and courteous. They don't set the prices,the corporate office does. They know several customers by first name. I've cashed checks with ACE for many years. At this location, I think the staff rocks it!

I called at 730 PM to make sure it was ok to come right at closing time and the lady said yes as long as I am at the door by 8PM she would take care of us. So I called again at 748 to let her know I was literally 10 blocks down the street, and again she said ok as long as you are here by 8 PM I will let you in, but at 801, we cannot do anything due yo security reasons. I understood that and didnt have an issue with that, had we been late. However, at 758, I am standing at a locked door. The lady is just staring while giving us dirty looks. So to whomever is running this place (owner, manager, franchisee, etc), you might want to check your employees because evidently they don't want do the work they are getting paid to do, which I thought was helping customers to earn money for the business. Hopefully your security cameras will show this! I verified the time with my vehicle, my cell phone, and our trusty military time, that it was indeed the accurate time. I have a couple of bank accounts I can use, but with it being after hours I wanted to just pay the fees to get cash however, I won't ever consider it with this place again! And being a business owner, I will make sure I never refer anyone here either. Eventually with customer "service" like this, that lady won't have a job to be incompetent at.
