Absolutely worst experience dealing with these people. Promise to do things then back out. wasted month emailing texting faxing them everything they wanted. 5 days be for closing they call say they can't do it after all because I don't have enough in reserves. They told me from start that wouldn't be issue. Missed 2 days work nothing but lies.

They outright lie and steal money . So I give 500 to them after constantly changing my closing date I finally backed out the deal because of them . I payed for my appraisal in cash they said they will not give my 500 back it was for appraisal and credit check . I payed the appraisal in cash they said we will give you a credit for your next house I say I want to go thru a different place because of there trouble .they continue to not want to give me my money back then to top it off they say I need to get the house tested for mold so I did another 400 for that after that they say no we don’t need it so they force me to waste money on a mold inspection.

The experience I had was devastating and a waste of time and energy. After my experience I heard of others who were strung along and then dropped on their closing day. They definitely put my family in a difficult situation and still waiting to see if they follow through on their guarantee.

Hello, I'm careful with Quicken lending me an amount of money from my account without my authorization, call and transferred the account for the application of a loan with the FHA and they deceived me because they then donated me the FHA did not approve me, I am very upset, they are liars and swindlers.

During the process of looking for a house. The loan officer gave our valuable information to the real estate agent we looking to get the house from.

Their rate was a full percentage point higher than any other competitor and their closing costs were about $5,000 higher than other lenders. This company almost feels like a scam operation.

Very irritating to deal with. I chose to go with another lender, and had indicated this to the person I was working with. A week later, I received a phone call at 8 am and told that person the same thing. I then got a phone call from another rep 2 hours later! They must have issues with internal communications. Not to mention, they have called my husband on his phone 10 times a day since inquiring! If I could give them less than 1 start, I would!

I can't warn you enough times about how unethical and incompotant these people are! My credit is over 800 they asked for 7 documents on day 2 an appriasal on day 4 " YOU ARE ALL SET DR" Day 15 they asked for 66 documents 95% were redundant and or unnecessary! It was a simple refi ...I was already working with first federal of Lakewood they closed with me while these folks could not even get out of the gate .... String them along as a 3rd choice and close with a local bank. They are under federal investigation RUN RUN RUN

They are another form of scammers. They send you promotional advertisement yet when you call they jack all the fees and rates up. Can’t even consider these people. Complete joke!!!

Absolutely the worst experience dealing with these people. Promise to do things then back out. We wasted over a month emailing texting faxing them everything they wanted, right before closing they indicate they can't verify certain things and denied the loan. They told me from start that wouldn't be issue. Abi Chami, Scott Oliver, Brandon Wessel will only waste your time... Trust me and find another mortgage company, you will thank me later. I was approved with another lender within 7 days and saved over $10,000. Quicken Loans is a scam and waste of time!

Happy Boys Inc

The worst employees in the world. Not one empowered to do anything. I wish I would never called them. Now I need to move my mortgage elsewhere. They lie, cheat and do anything to get their hooks in you because they know the process is hard to change. BEWARE of THE WORST IN THE BUSINESS HERE!

DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH QUICKEN LOANS!!!!!!! I've worked with the SAME person since February of this year!!! I'm getting an FHA loan and seems as if I am updating or signing/filling out a new sheet EVERY DAY (I kid you not) and luckily my job allows me to be as proactive with all their needs!!! When I originally started in February my closing cost/cash to close was going to be 4,238. To this date, I now need 7,000 for closing and he's told me multiple times in the past week that it "might go up". 31 days exactly till my closing date and some random guy from quicken loans calls me and tells me that the person I've been dealing with for 8 months is not longer assigned to my case and also told me I needed a co signer (again he told me this 31 days before my closing date and AFTER I've had my home inspection).. I immediately call the guy I've been working with to ask what's going on and I get ignored for days! Finally, he reached back out to me and told me "not to listen to this guy because he has no idea what we have planned". A day later, they both call me together on a three way call and tell me that the only way to get the loan now is if I got a co signer to get on the loan with me!!!!! I was devasted... not a lot of people will co sign for others. I've asked multiple people, and had them call multiple people and there response is "they won't work, you need to find someone else". THAN i finally get a co signer on a Saturday and reach out to this new guy I have to deal with to tell him my co signer will call him Monday at 1 because that is when he takes lunch... he doesn't get back to me until 10 that morning, saying he will make time to speak to this co signer. The co signer calls him right at 1, like we discussed and his guy tells him he doesn't have time!!!! WHAT!!!!!! I'm SO SICK of quicken loans and if it wasn't 25 days until my closing date, I would go with literally ANYOTHER Lon company!!!!!!!!

As a real estate agent I cannot, in good conscious, recommend this company. I just had a terrible experience with a real estate transaction with Quicken Loans, where it caused both buyers and sellers incredible stress because of a colossal mistake on the lender’s part. When making a life decision so huge, one would think that the “professionals” involved would have more attention to detail.

In the beginning we called Quicken Loans and everything seemed promising. They have us a pre-approval and told us to start searching for homes. They also explained to us that if we filed our 2016 taxes we would be approved for more than we already were. We found our dream house which was a little higher than the pre-approval so we went ahead and contacted our loan officer. He gave us the green light to file our taxes and assured us that we would then be able to afford our chosen property. Once the taxes were filed our pre-approval was now well above what we needed to finance the home. We called our relator and made an offer. It was accepted. At first they were concerned that we owed money on our taxes ( we are a small business- so yes- every year we owe money on our taxes). They then tried to apply the tax money owed for 2016 to our debt to income ratio!! Which is against the law. All debts owed to the IRS are not considered "debts" on a credit report. After that "confusion" they gave us a closing date (30 days out). Now came the part where they needed lots and lots of paperwork (which was completely expected) We followed the guidelines and uploaded 100+ documents in the time line of 24 hours. Quicken only used 40 of these documents in total once everything was completed. They had a very hard time accepting our bank statements and were asking for account information that had nothing to do with the loan in any way shape of form. For example: we have 5 bank accounts. We chose to pay for the closing costs with one specific account only. However, they needed to see each and every bank account 60 day history anyways. They also requested that we keep a minimum of $200 in every account for "reserve funds" even though our chosen account has about 3x the amount of money in it for closing. They also made us pay off each and every credit card we owned. Including the $35 dollar balance on one specific card. We just started receiving child support from our exes. Quicken insisted that we wait until we collected a specific amount of money from the support payments, then print our bank statements showing the payments went directly into the bank account and the money remained in there for a specific amount of time. This also pushed our closing date out further. Once the home was appraised it came back a few thousand dollar short of what was originally expected... Quicken just wanted to drop everything right there and not go through with the loan. Fortunately, with the help of our relator-we were able to get the sale amount down to what it needed to be- Quicken was satisfied but again our closing date was pushed out. Then once everything seemed to be going well- our relator calls is and tells us that her team has found an error in Quickens calculations of the closing costs!!! We had to have the real estate agency contact Quicken on our behalf to correct their error. Quicken also promised us that the insurance payments were going to be calculated into the closing costs as well. To our surprise after signing the title paperwork we were slapped with a substancial home insurance payment due immediately! Not to mention that the previous family is still living in our home for the next month! We were told numerous times that "they just don't deal with small businesses often and we are abnormal to them." Finally on the week before closing Quicken contacts us and tells us that they need more information on another of our bank accounts. This time we told them NO. We explained to them that they have all the information that they need to process the loan, and if they don't want to give the loan to us they need to tell us by the end of the day. We explained that we are real people in the real world. Not more than an hour later did they process the loan!

Quicken Loans sucks! And Gilbert Where is that New Casino you were building??? Not making enough on those junk loans and mortgage???

The worst of the worst. Without explaining what entails with an FHA loan, every day they requested something else. 2 weeks before closing, they requested a cosigner after we paid the appraisal and the earnest money. Shouldn't give a pre approval if they didn't want to give a loan. The workers cannot read or spell.I don't know how illiterate people can work in such a big company.

austin jutte

I filled out an online form to see how much I qualify for now they call 4times a day. Stop calling me I would never do business with a company that calls so much just from a lead.

Cayla McAfee

Gave us an approval, we found a house, put in an offer, we paid to have it inspected. A week later we are told we are no longer approved because they didn't look over our documents fully. I am so disappointed, as we found a house we love. But I am even more angry that they were so negligent and wasted almost $2k of our money, all of our time looking at houses, getting our hopes up, and coming up with more for a deposit so we could get a lower interest rate. All of this for nothing. So unbelievably unprofessional. I do not recommend them. They will waste your time and your money.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Made the entire mortgage process miserable. Brandon the representative was probably one of the worst people to deal with as far as customer service goes. I would NOT SUGGEST QUICKEN TO ANYONE

Jamee Kaczetow

I, as a first time homebuyer, was terrified of the process in the beginning. Michelle Coleman eased my mind every time we spoke. She kept telling me not to worry I was in good hands and that we could do this. Well, that was the beginning of my adventure in November of 2016. As of February 28th 2017 I closed on my first home. The process was so much easier due to the team of experts Michelle, Matt the In House Realty advisor and my closer and I can not forget Kimi Clements my realtor. They were all on point and only had my best interests in mind. I was able to upload and take care of everything online during my long work hours. Website is easy to navigate and everything they request is easy to understand and review. They always answered my phone calls or returned them in a timely manner. If I ever purchase another home or have someone ask me whom I used I will definitely tell them to go to Quicken Loans!
