I called to make an appointment to speak with someone about a home loan. They told me to come on in. So I came on in and there were three people waiting to speak with the 1 bank employee. In between customer she came out of her office and did not look very happy about 2 more customers waiting to speak with her. If customers an inconvenience and I can not make an appointment than I will bank somewhere else.

I’ve banked with day air for almost a year now. Never had an issue with them cashing checks for me. I’ve never had a check bounce either. Now all of a sudden some new girl decided she didn’t want to cash my check from my husbands account that was only $200. They told me no more personal checks without a five day hold. I asked why and they said it’s teller discretion.... So now because ONE new teller didn’t feel comfortable with it, I’m being punished by not being allowed to cash a check. Their solution is to take it to my husbands bank to cash it, then put the cash in my account. So since they don’t want to do simple bank things, I’ll be closing my account today and opening a Wright Patt account. It’s really sad because I actually liked day air. Even despite the fact I can’t deposit cash in the ATM....
