I have had my vehicle with Cinfed Credit Union for over 2 years now with consistant payments. I asked for Cinfed to consider trading in my current vehicle for a new one. They denied my request for a new loan. I will most definitely not recommend a credit union who does NOT believe in their consumers. Two years of consistant payments, a better score than you originally had, and a better career still is not good enough for your company?! Absurd!!! FIND ANOTHER CREDIT UNION. THIS ONE WONT HELP YOU .

They always go above and beyond and truly care about each of their members. And, I absolutely love their kids membership program. It makes it fun for them to learn about money and get excited about saving. Liz in their corporate is one of the most priceless gems the credit union has in the whole organization!! So happy to be part of the CinFed family and will keep our accounts, cards, and loans all there with them for years to come!!
