Joey Buck and Loria Teachey are phenomenal. We talked to two other mortgage persons before coming to Joey Buck at Seaside Mortgage. We were not spending big money on a home and I'm guessing that's why the other mortgage companies did not return our phone calls after our original meeting. My wife and I bought our home between us and the seller without a realtor. Joey took the time to walk us through every step of the way. He was always patient, kind, informing, and would always return a phone call within 24hrs. He helped us make the smartest decisions for our family of four and made sure we were protected all along the way. His door was always opens and even still remains open after closing on our house whenever we need him. He was able to get us the best rate out of 3 mortgage broker's we spoke with.
