Went in to reopen my account and was assisted by the receptionist who handled that for me promptly. When I had called two days prior to my arrival to ask if there was a limit on my rolled coin I could bring in I was told no as they have removed the coin counter. I proceeded to the teller who had to ask the supervisor Tracy (who had already informed the receptionist) that she would not take more than a handful. No dollar amount limit was given just a handful of i have been wanting to get this done so let's move on. I asked for her name and the branch managers information. The teller had to ask Tracy for it and she provided the managers information but not her own. I am not sure how long I will keep this account again as they seem to not be geared towards customer service, have miscommunication with the clients, and seem to displeased to assist. The customer service is dead in here and I tried not to judge by recent reviews but I work for another financial institution and I will seek elsewhere and move this account as soon as I get a chance and find something that has features for what I am trying to accomplish. I do not recommend this bank if you expect customer service even you are being a good customer.

Where do I begin?? Lies? Lost paperwork? Stupid questions? Applied for a credit card after we financed a Vehicle that we had to submit disclosures for 3 times. Some lady who is apparently never at work asked for income verification 3 times stating it was lost or damaged in their system. After that we were told the underwriter approved our loan and we were applying for a credit card???? Over a month later still waiting. Got a Capital One Card in 5 days. Smh this place is simply horrible and I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

Have always gotten great service at the branches. There was one mistake on an account and I politely brought it up. They worked diligently to correct it as soon as possible and apologized profusely for the error.

My husband and I have been customers of FBFCU for over 7 years, and I normally have a great experience with them, but this time, your establishment gets a big Thumbs Down... I received a new debit card in the mail being that my old one expired on December 2015. Well, on midnight of said year, I tried to activate my new card and low and behold, when I am asked to enter the 3 digit security code, it tells me that it is INVALID. So I try again, thinking that i might have entered some wrong information, and after trying the printed 3 digit security code again, it tells me that it can't process my request and advises me to contact my banking facility for assistance. Well, that was on Friday morning...the credit union will be closed for the next 3 days... So i guess i am out of luck. I needed to use my card for several things, but because of your bank's error, this customer was unable to do some of my personal activities because the bank was closed for the Holiday and was not available on weekends. I think that FBFCU should have an emergency number, not just for lost or stolen cards, but for occasions such as what i am going through. So now, I must wait until Monday morning to hopefully walk out of the credit union with a brand new working card, not wait for another one to come in the mail. Certainly not a good review to begin the new year, but I think FBFCU should be much more available to its customers after banking hours. It would be reassuring to know that us customers can speak to a live person when we run into unforseen problems such as mine.

One of the least professional banks that I've worked with. First, would not release information on a lien to my bank in the process of buying a car. After the sale, could not get in contact with the bank at all; called the number listed on their website and it rang and rang, no answer, no answering machine. All representatives apparently asleep or absent. After receiving my check via FedEx overnight, they shipped the title via regular US mail with no tracking. Almost a week later, still waiting to complete the sale. Not sure how they're staying in business with this level of customer service.

My mom has been working here for 10+ years... I have had an account with them for about 5 years now. I have NEVER had any issues from them... Everyone I have met and talked to is extremely helpful and nice! The ONLY problem is when they THINK you have fraud charges on your card (s) ... a number calls to resolve the issue but half the time the hold stays on the card for some reason and you have to wait til the next business day to talk to a teller in the bank... that is the only problem i have had.

Went to open a savings account and had a few government checks to deposit. They refused because I had a temp id. Went down the street to Wells Fargo and opened an account without an issue

Very poor bank techniques!! Clearly no regard for customers, and customer service is unrealistically poor! Will offer things like PWC assistance program, but in the end its just a ploy to line the pockets of the bank. Not the typical attitude of most Credit Unions, but I would say this isn't your normal credit union. I have stopped doing business with this bank and hope to see it fail due to poor, immoral, and sometimes illegal banking practices.

Worst banking experience ever!! This CREDIT UNION charges BANK fees. They have fees for fees. If you have issues with your credit card, they will not help you resolve fraudulent activity. They tell you because you have done business with a company in the past, that you have a relationship with this company therefore UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES are your fault and your responsibility. I would never bank with establishment! You would be better off keeping your money on your mattress. Take your money and business to another establishment!!

Skibo branch always goes over and beyond the call of duty. After being turned away from the horrible Raeford road branch they made away for me to deposit a life insurance check to cover funeral expenses. They have extended hours on friFri and open on Saturday. Great loan rates and service.

Slow & terrible to deal with. Car dealership sent a loan to them because it was short notice on the weekend. It took 10 days they said to get the paperwork but still days for them to enter me in the system just so I could get my account number to set up with my bank for for external transfers and direct deposit from my employer. Took 3 weeks to get that all done when my payment was almost due. If you use chat you get the same unhelpful woman every time. They mailed me a loan denial letter with my address and someone else's name on it. I faxed it to all their branches on a work day before they opened and she said no one got it. I refinanced with my bank and saved 1.5 %, e-signed the paperwork on a Friday at noon and by Sunday my accounts were showing online and the payoff check was received Tuesday. After the loan was paid off I got a payment reminder, statement(which I do electronically) and payment coupons. So sadly my Michigan bank mail always beats this bank who is 2.5 hours away. Never do business with these people or Flow Motors.

I have been trying to get my vehicle title for over a year. on top of that I was over billed and the funds in the account are draining monthly for "Paper statement" and other fees. The ineffectual, rude and unethical practices of this credit union have led me to file a BBB Investigation. You can only close your account by mail (overly complicated wanting you to send vast amounts of sensitive information through the mail!) or in person... DO NOT USE Fort Bragg federal Credit Union!

Terrible bank. I don't know how they are still in business. They clearly need a complete overhaul of staff/employees and policies, and right down to the building itself. Nobody has a clue here. God forbid if you need something after 5PM. There's no after hours line. I was traveling and they decided that my account MIGHT have fraudulent charges. So there I am stuck on a Sunday waiting for them to open so I can find out WHY I cannot get my money to get gas. My children starving and not understanding why I cannot get them something to eat or why we can't get a hotel room. DO NOT BANK HERE! Consider this your warning.
