Went in for tools just since I had free time seeing if anything caught my eye, over priced by a lot, you could buy new tools and tool boxes for cheaper than what they have which most are rusty and old. Go somewhere else.

Just took a couple rings here to sell for my mom. They said the rings weren't real. I asked for written documentation stating they weren't real so my mom could take them back to the jewelry store they were bought and get her money back. Roger said no. Someone is pulling something.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was driven to do business with this company out of a previous positive experience at an Oklahoma branch. But I would NOT recommend the State Line Boulevard branch to anyone! Beware, you will be treated as a criminal from the get go. And Don't you dare ask a question, if you don't understand. The African American lady will make sure you don't dare ask another one! Value yourself as a customer. There are multiple other agencies in the Texarkana area that offer the same service with a better attitude.

I went in the store looking for a television. I didn't know the differences in the brands. Jamie came over and helped me. She took her time and explained the differences, also showed me a variety of tv's including smart tv's. But it didn't stop there after my purchase of the big tv I got assistance taking it outside. This place was very helpful, knowledgeable, and clean. I can't wait to go back and make more purchases.

I love going to pawn shops to check out deals. Going to this specific cash America was a bad experience. The staff is was incredibly rude. I couldn’t enjoy looking around as the speech coming from the two workers up front was extremely vulgar. They should really watch there language for working in a corporate setting.

This is, hands-down, the best pawn shop in Greensboro. The store is always clean, fully stocked, and neatly merchandised. There is a great energy in the store among the employees. My business has always been handled with the utmost kindness, compassion, and respect. I love the fact that I can borrow money, sell unwanted items and even find good deals with the option to layaway. I found a $3000 MacBook here for $1000 and was able to lay it away for only 10% down. They gave me 6 months to pay it off. They even had a $6000 Neil Lane wedding ring set on sale for $1500. If you don’t agree with the prices they will negotiate within reason. It’s actually pretty awesome. There is no other place I’d rather go. If you need money, and/or a fair deal, there is no other place in Greensboro that I would recommend more. Cash America on Summit Ave is where it’s at.

This place is really disappointing. The staff always have attitudes and acted like it was an inconvenience to show me an item out of the locked case. This item did not come with the needed cables for my application but they continued to push the excessive pricing. Jamie (assistant manager) was very unprofessional, rude, condescending and couldn't even offer a Thank You after my over $100 purchase mind you. It's people like this that give brands a bad name. I really wish companies would take a close look at how your employees treat customers because Jamie definitely needs some proper customer service training. I asked to speak with the other manager Dale but was told he had went to the bank. I honestly didn't want to give her any of my business but I decided I wanted this item. I asked for a bag I was told they were out of bags but that she could give me a trash bag. Literally your store and company cares nothing about it's customers that you can't even keep bags in stock. Then you add insult by offering me a trash bag I mean really folks what's the deal with you all???

I went in today looking to get a computer or tablet waited for 20 min at the counter where they were. No signs posted saying if you need help with an item to please wait in line so she kept helping other people. I finally said something and was told how am I supposed to know who was first in line and that that’s where I needed to stand. She was extremely rude! So they just lost a customer because of there attitude!!

This is one of the most professional pawn shops I have ever been to. The service is impeccable and prices are fair. Jamie, the assistant manager, goes out of her way to help me every time I walk in the door. She works with the highest level of respect and her customer service is outstanding. My experience with location is awesome. The main 2 people I have dealt with are Jamie and Tee. These 2 people have always given me great service even when I may have wasted their time at that moment. I will admit that sometimes I am indecisive when I go in this establishment but they have some great stuff. I'm at the point that I go in this place at least twice a week and always get wonderful service. Jamie and Tee are the greatest. They are always polite, courteous and knowledgeable of the products. I have brought 4 other customers to this location because of these 2 employees and great products. Stop sleeping on this place. See Jamie or Tee. You will not be disappointed.

First things first beware of paying on something here because they will go underneath you and sell if your late or miss one payment no calls or even bother to contact you even if your almost finished paying they sold some earrings I was paying on and only needed 100 more bucks I was late one payment then they sold them. So I tried to give them another chance and pawned my jewelry with them for a emergency, I’ve been making payments on time and everything, and every payment you make DOSENT GO TOWARDS YOUR RE PAYMENT you pay on time for them to hold it mines is 280 I paid 61 bucks twice and I still owe 280 essentially your only paying them to not sell your item THEY NEVER TOLD ME THIS IS THE PROCEDURE I THOUGHT MY PAYMENTS WERE GOING TOWARDS GETTING MY ITEM BACK AND ITS MORE LIKE A BABYSITTING FEE AND YOU STILL OWE WHAT YOU OWE ITS A COMPLETE RIP OFF ONCE I GET MY CHAIN OUT ID NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!!!!!! Beware of the red head devil he’s definitely not on your side, I don’t think he like black people and my business here is definitely finished once I claim my chain.

Every time I have entered this store lately I am immediately acknowledged by multiple employees welcoming me to the store. They are attentive and immediately inquire as to whether or not I need assistance and to let them know if they can help me in any way. There are so many employees, I have never had to wait for assistance be it on the floor or when I am ready to go to the register. The staff seem very knowledgeable about the merchandise and always are willing to make the best deal with me that they are able to. One employee in particular, an Assistant Manager named Jamie has excellent customer service skills. I can tell she has experience in dealing with the public. She always smiles at me and is eager to help. She is always respectful and understanding even when a customer is being difficult. I appreciate her always being focused on the customers and not socializing with employees when customers should be attended to. I see this in many pawn shops but not this one. Cash America will continue to get my business because Jamie and the staff there are doing A Whole Lot Right when it comes to customers and product knowledge. I highly recommend this location if you ever need a pawn shop in Greensboro. It is the BEST!!

I went in there today to get 2 watches out of pawn. I’ve never picked up anything so I didn’t know I needed cash, my fault. So I asked the lady how much is it going to cost to get them out she gave me the amount and said we don’t have an atm but there’s one down the road. I have MS and a broken ankle so it was not easy to get to the atm, but again my fault should have known I needed cash. I finally get back, wait in line for 20 minutes. I’m having a really hard time holding myself up but they were busy. So It’s finally my turn. I get up to a different lady and she quotes me 50 more than I was previously quoted. I said I didn’t pull that much out and that lady right there quoted me this much. She said sorry there isn’t anything I can do. In the meant time to managers comes up and says just move on to the next customer I’ll deal with her in a little bit when I’m done with everyone else. It doesn’t take a genius to see I’m struggling trying to stay upright. I told her look I’m handicap can you just take my debit card for the rest. She said nope and walked off. So now everyone is ignoring me because obviously I’m livid. So finally after standing there knowing I wasn’t going to make it until that manager “felt like” getting to me I told the other lady just give me one watch and I’ll extend the other one. I hope one day that manager is in my shoes and sees what it feels like to try and hold yourself upright and then to be blown off knowing it took everything in me to stand there. I got 0 help, I got a big F you for their employees mistake. I will NEVER ever do business with these disrespectful ignorant people again. Now that I see how they treat people with disabilities and I’ll make sure everyone else knows too.

I always get my money’s worth from this store. Jamie, one of the managers, has helped me many times in this store and I know that not only am I gonna get a good deal she knows about what she’s selling me and always has a positive attitude about it. This Cash America Pawn is located on Summitt Ave in greensboro and is my favorite store out of Greensboro. I have bought and pawned many things at many diffeerent pawm shops but this the best in all of Greensboro. The employess are great and always willing to work with you as best they can or even go above and beyond to give you the specefic help that you need !

Went there to pawn an item for 6 days and was told that they do not accept the temporary state ID that comes in paper form. Called the other Cash America and was told that the paper ID works just fine. I agree with the last post I read, garbage customer service at this location, just plain lazy.
