I absolutely without a doubt think this is the first credit union. They freeze your card when they want and when I paid my help loan off and wanted to get another loan I could because of a payday loan that had nothing to do with them. Then if something happens over the weekend you're screwed because they have no call center that you can speak to a live person. I'm questioning my account and if u will keep it open. One unhappy member...... I absolutely, without a doubt hate this bank with a passion. And hate is a very strong word but I truly do. They are not for their members so I'm good when it comes to them. #IMGOOD.....

Don't consider using this bank! Wait is 30min, as they make 6 people wait so one lady can go over her last several transactions in Great detail. Personal bankers, not with clients, refuse to help and just watch.

Only CU with shared branch banking. Polite but slow. Especially during lunch hour. Most people only get hour for lunch. When there are two tellers and 12 people in line, it is a huge disservice when lunch is the only time banking can be done for some people.

My husband and I went to Bragg Mutual to obtain financing for a camper and wanted it done that same day. We were lucky enough to have Chris Price work with us to obtain financing. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get the loan done that day as he knew we had plans to go out of town. He worked overtime with no lunch to make this happen for us! Honestly this was the best banking experience I have ever had thanks to Mr. Price! I've never had anyone treat us not like customers but like a friend! Mr. Price is definitely this credit union's diamond! Thank you again Chris for all you did for us! I have since recommended several people directly to him!

Having dealt with banks for the better part of 35 years, I can say, without hesitation, that the past five years that I've been a member of Bragg Mutual FCU have been the most enjoyable. While larger institutions reduce you to just an account number, the staff at BMFCU make you feel as though you actually matter. Their willingness to work with you for whatever need is precisely what you would hope for. Regardless of the amount in your account you are treated as though you are the wealthiest customer they have. In particular I must commend Chris Price as he is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with customer service skills that make you actually enjoy your banking transactions! I look forward to working with Chris/BMFCU for many years to come and I strongly encourage you to become a member yourself!

After submitting an application for a car loan, one of the loan officers reached out to me to discuss the terms of the loan. After several days of us having discussed the loan and me getting various documents to Bragg Mutual, it was decided to stop the loan process. After alot of wasted time and energy I went elsewhere and secured a new auto loan. Wish they could have been more expedient and upfront about their process and been less wasteful with both our values time.

WORST BANK EVER! ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS BANK IS THE HELP LOANS. I PUT MY CHECK INTO THE ATM THINKING I WOULD AT LEAST GET HALF OF MY MONEY BUT I WONT BE GETTING S*** UNTIL MONDAY... FOUR DAYS FROM WHEN I DEPOSITED. AND I’M NOT GETTING IT EARLY IN THE MORNING LIKE A REGULAR BANK DOES AROUND 3AM&6AM... I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY OPEN AT 9!!! LIKE I DONT HAVE BILLS TO PAY!! I’M GOING TO STICK WITH BB&T OR FIND ANOTHER CREDIT UNION BECAUSE THIS ONE SUCKS. ALSO BY GETTING THE HELP LOAN WHEN I PAID IT OFF THEY REPORTED TO THE EQUIFAX THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND IT DROPPED MY SCORE

I'm a huge fan of this credit union! I was an expat for over 20 years and when I returned to the US last year, I had no more US credit history. But I needed a car! The bank I'd been with for nearly 40 years wouldn't touch me for a loan, but Bill Drewry (VP of Lending) went out of his way to arrange one. I was so impressed with his service, I moved my accounts to Bragg Mutual. And now that they have the mobile app I'm an even happier camper!

Not very happy I have a rv loan, but I can't get anyone to call me back. I have called three times an at this time no one has returned my call. I need to make a payment, on my new rv loan. Payment is dew on the 31st. I just don't no what to do at this point.
