They are doing a pyramid scheme type of "business" I don't even want to call it that or a "business" They are super rude and a bunch of relentless, disrespectful losers on the phone. My business and anyone else reading this, they are here to scam you and will not be open much longer. The IRS and government will come shut them down and arrest everyone working there. I talked to a representative of by name Omar, oh God was he so unprofessional and disrespectful to me on the phone. These people are real trash here , DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS!!!! AND ASK THEM TO TAKE THEM OFF THEIR BUSINESS LIST , BECAUSE they only contact start up and small business to Scheme out off of other peoples hard earned money. They won't be around much longer. Believe that.

This company has harassed us daily with multiple phone calls. Each phone call, I have informed them we are not interested in funding and to not call us again. It seems to only increase the calls we receive. Each person that calls, sounds very much like the last person that called, just a different name. I have received calls where they wait until I say my name, then hang up. Over the last 3 weeks, we have received at least 3 calls daily.

I'm not sure how these people got my number but they have been calling my place of business several times a day for a few weeks now. At first they would ask for me and refuse to leave a message for anyone else and would hang up. I finally spoke to them and said I was not interested in funding and to please stop calling. Then, as others have stated, they will call and either just hang up or call and say something gibberish and then hang up. They will sometimes call 3 or 4 times in a 20 minute period, sometimes from slightly different caller IDs. They are clearly not a reputable business and if anyone is thinking of doing business with them I'd think twice. We are a business and every time we need to leave our work to answer the phone is a loss of productivity. I am planning on notifying local authorities on what now constitutes "harassment" and if anyone is interested in filing a class action lawsuit I'm all in!

I'm almost 100% sure the only positive ratings on this page have been paid for. This company is UNRELENTING in their phone calls, no matter whether you're on the federal do not call list, have specifically asked them to be taken off of the call list, or have threatened them with legal action. How they have operated as a business for more than one day is beyond me. Their employees are rude, garbage dwelling trash people. I wish the entire company nothing but failure and hope to see lawsuits brought against them for their consistent harassment. -5 out of 100 stars.

Richard Thomas calls my company several times in a day and is extremely rude! These people are very rude. We kept having the same guy call 7 times a day and say he had a different name each time he called. My last straw was when he called and cursed out one of my co-workers. These people call my business upwards of 10 times a day trying to "give" me working capital. I've told them plenty of times I am not looking for working capital and if I was I wouldn't do business with them because there employees sound like high school kids inviting me to a party. They have called our business daily, MULTIPLE calls per day for weeks now. They ask for the owner and hang up when told NO. WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO CALL???? They apparently get paid to HARASS businesses. I called their main number and politely asked to be removed from their calling list. That lady was very sweet, so I hope she can actually remove our number. Only time will tell. In the meantime, they will get hung up on or put on perpetual hold the next time they call....

Not to be cliche, but I'm only giving them one star because I have to in order to leave a review. All the reviews you are reading here are true. They call the main phone line for our business numerous times a day and if you don't direct them to who they want to speak to, they will just hang up on you. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I don't know why anyone would instruct their employees to behave in such a way. Is this even a legitimate business? If they don't treat people they want as their clientele with respect, it makes me think they are just trying to scam gullible people looking for money to support their small business. Absolutely reprehensible. That said, someone mentioned that the front desk lady was very nice and helpful about getting them on a no-call list. This is very true. So, this one star is for you, front desk lady!

I Was a little reluctant to take on this type of loan at first but I needed the money for payroll and wanted to start advertising a little more. Not only did I start making a profit from this loan earlier then expected, this is my 3rd refinance and the synergy team makes sure the rates and terms get better as our business does as well!

Why in the world would anyone choose to do business with a firm that has such unprofessional representatives marketing to businesses that have asked to not be contacted anymore? Synergy Capital calls several times daily to arrange business funding that is not needed. When you tell them that you do not need funding the boiler room employees typically use very "colorful" language before disconnecting the telephone call. I would assume that anyone that is doing business with Synergy Capital or is considering doing business with Synergy Capital has not taken the time to search for reviews about the company to see what kind of people that they are entering into a relationship with. Personally, I have not had one interaction with a Synergy Capital employee that convince me that they are capable of cleaning dog mess off of the sidewalk professionally let alone work with the financial health of my company. These boiler room antics are ridiculous and someone needs to shut them down.
