People are partially leaving where I live due to a local train shutdown affecting this area while repairs get done in the train tunnel. Found a place close to another train line. Decent rent and good location on the Main local Street. Cheaper rent, costly local move but Isaac Matthews helped get the loan we needed to move there and upgrade chairs so our customers have a comfortable seat while they are here at our resturaunt. They stay around more and they order more food since we also funded the expansion of our food menu and extra chefs. I closed 3 deals with them and they promised a consolidation for the loans provided and they followed through. Not only did they do that they even got me a discount on the rates. The main point of why I like working with them is that they are transparent and don't try to sell you on something that is trying to hurt your business. James wants to watch your business grow and build a long-term relationship which I find as a key element for success. I own a company and was recently funded like premium Merchant funding. The rate was good and the turnaround was quick. I am not giving a one-star review because the end result was okay however they do not deserve a 5-star review under any means because I was duped by Dan Moore with his spoof app making me think he was a friend of mine who is recently left his firm because he did not like the terms. My initial goal was to give my friends a business on good faith that he himself would have at least benefited by some amount for doing this for me. He did not. Dan Moore spoofed him on the phone showing my friends phone number on my caller ID. This looks like wall street greed to me with one gut originating a deal and the other one taking it right from under him. This is deceptive business practice and must be at least addressed. I am happy with all end results other than my friend getting the short end of the stick. I will be bringing my business to my friends new firm in future dealings

i keep receiving unsolicited calls from this company. i keep telling them never to call here but they persist. This is illegal (but unenforced) behavior. i suggest you avoid business with them. You do not have to call every violator of the "do not call" registry to avoid being robodialed. i'm on the do not call registry and Premium Merchant Funding is very clearly ignoring this registry. i have already filed complaints with the FTC but they are too inundated with telemarketers and bureaucracy to prosecute at this level. Premium Merchant Funding is exploiting the FTC vacuum at the expense of every phone owner. If you receive any unsolicited calls after adding your phone number to the "do not call" registry, i suggest you create a review for them on google and let them know how you feel about their business practices. Be sure to verify it is the actual company that is calling. They can spoof the number calling, but it is easy to confirm call back numbers.

This place is the ABSOLUTE worst!! They are very unprofessional and unethical!! After completing all the paperwork and signing a contract we were told we were approved and it was a "done deal" and a " sure thing" to quote their exact words and that we would have funds available the following day first thing in the morning...well by 1:00 we had not heard or received anything so we called only to be ignored for 3 days and then told they "killed the deal" , also their words!! If that wasn't bad enough they offered to "make it right", also their exact words, to just turn around and do the same thing to us AGAIN!! Getting denied a loan isn't the issue I'm upset about, it's the fact that we were flat out lied to and went through all that time and effort for absolutely nothing!!

These guys are the top of the line with what they bring to the table. When we first inquired with them, they needed to find out what the loan was for. Then they narrowed down to the budget for it and they worked with us a lot on that too. We got a flexible payment plan too and even negotiated the interest a bit. They actually accommodated us very well! Isaac Matthews is the genius behind making this happen. In the end we got the money for the upgrades that we needed around the store. Bit of structural upgrades and occasional roof leaks which actually sometimes caused us to close just to temporarily fix it. In the end we got the funding we needed to fix this up and it all worked out! More sales. Less complaints. We're back opening on regular schedule. Everyone is happy!
