asked to be placed on do not call list. call volume only increased. they call from 800 numbers and even local spoof numbers. sometime i get the same rep and they pretend as if i never asked them to stop calling before. ridiculous, disrespectful, unethical, illegal.

I came on board last year around October. The reason I switched from Ondeck is because after 5 renewals with them I still could not get a term longer than 12 months on regular advance. I don’t remember how, I think I filled out a form on their website and when Aleksey called he was convincing enough to make me complete the application. What I liked about them thay they were not trying to sell themselves and identified as being a direct lender. Luckily my industry type got me the money I could actually work with.

seriously stop calling! they call from spoofed numbers constantly and even after asking to be removed and block and reporting them to the do not call site, they still continue to call.

Please stop calling me! I get a phone call from this company every day, either on my cell phone or my office phone. I ask them to take me off their list every time they call and I continue to get daily phone calls from them. How do I get it to stop?

I was cold called about getting a loan, which I didn't need. Now I get daily emails asking to set up an appointment to go over things. After multiple emails to ask them to stop and phone calls telling them to stop reaching out to me, it won't stop. Even on the phone calls when I ask them to stop emailing me, they still try to sell. A pest of a company!
