Although interest rates are extremely high and the payment options have become limited. This company makes up for it with the people they hire. I've been dealing with them for three years now and my experience has been exceptional all do to one women, Beverly! What an angel. Every time she called I looked forward to hearing her cheery voice. Very polite even if I had missed payments. She worked with me and really made my experience the best I've ever had when dealing with paying people money. I would probably consider getting another loan through them regardless of who has a better deal only because I know Beverly is the best I could ask for when being asked to shell out a few hundred dollars.

Worst customer service, ever! Customer brought me a truck on Friday, we repaired it. Left it in the bay over the weekend, went to remove it out of the shop Monday morning, no start. Tried calling customer, no answer. Called New City Funding, they say its going to be out for repo, they will come get it. Here we are Tuesday morning, still not here. Call again, rudest person ever! Actually had the nerve to say it was our fault! That we put it in they bay. How would I know if a customer is paying or not? Now, I've lost out on 9 hours of lift time. They don't care. I will never recommend them for financing.

My mom car got towed by the city of Buffalo NY and ncf took the car out of the in pound and now she has to pay them more than what she had to pay the city. the city only want 140 to pay them and she would of got her car now she has to pay over 600 to get her car from them what was the point of taking the car out the pound if she have to pay that much to get it back from them. Even if it was in there for a week it won't be that much to get her car. She been with them for 7 to 8 yrs and she pays her car note every month on the 1st even though its due on the 21st they know she on ssi she is a older lady and they doing this to a loyal customer that liked them at a point and was planning to take out another car loan with them because she is almost done with the 3th one she got from them mess up right taking advantage of a older lady!!!

These people are crooks. Their customer service reps are ghetto and speak to you as if you are their child. I got hung up on more times than I can count and was cursed at and degraded. They add in fees to make more money off of you. My car was repoed and on my receipt from getting the car back it says I paid all the fees including the repo fee. I call in today to see how much I owe in my loan so I can plan accordingly and they tell me I’m 600 behind because of repossession fee, when I have the paper work saying what the fee was and that it was paid. One girl told me the fee was 175 then get passed to a manager who said the fee was 375. Your company sucks and that’s me putting it nicely. You take advantage of people to get every dollar you can. I’ve reported you to the BBB and plan on taking further action if need be. I. Surprised you aren’t put out of business yet, but seeing all the reviews and reports on the BBB I’m sure that will be coming soon.

Rates are too high down payment too high and car dealer was Iffy suggesting if you have poor credit this about the best you can expect. Got the loan in April have yet to see a payment book even though I asked for it as I want to switch to mailing payment. Had a nasty encounter early on but manager made nice for me it could be worse not an experience I care to repeat but if I have to .I will have to use a better dealer or a private sale

This is the worse place I ever had to deal with. They harrass you over . cents balance. They are rude and very aggressive. I had a rep. hang up on me 7 times after I made a payment and did not pay the 49 cents. She refused to give me my code an day car tracker was beeping very loudly. Thank you for responding to my review. Over most I believe you guys are aware that the customer service may be the worst that many of us have experienced. The representatives are rude, disrespectful and totally unhelpful nine times out of ten. They speak to customers like they’re speaking to someone on the street. Second I think it’s unfair to not offer refinancing options. Lastly you guys won’t rollover a loan, I’m sure most of the cars you guys finance are older vehicles and are prone to breakdown.

Not sure what's going on with Beverly but she's more concerned with complaining about her boss and blessing peoples lives then trying to save a loan.. I was 3 years in only 1 yr left.. I fell on hard times. I requested to defer a payment to help get my caught up or even auto pay.. When she emailed me back her only response was have a blessed life.. She is a rare gem, personable, charismatic, caring and compassionate woman, her candour makes you feel like family. Dealing with loans, and making payments and other aspects of things can be really stressful. She's saved me a lot of grief, and has helped me build my credit with her jewels of advice. So when you have someone who will take you under the umbrella and look out for you like family. It makes you want to continue business with the company.

We recently moved and had two incomes but my fiancee needed emergency spinal surgery so we lost an income and ive been home from work a lot caring for her. Then when we finally get our heads above water someone broke in to our car and stole our rent and car payment money. They’re the nicest people ever...... UNTIL you miss a payment, then they become the most rude, ghetto, unprofessional people you’ll ever speak to. I was only behind on a payment for 2 weeks, told them I’d make the payment next week because I started a new job. They said “ok we have you down for next week” and they repossessed my car the next day just to scam a extra $400 repossession fee out of me. My advice, get your credit right and go through a REAL bank

Have a 36 month lease to own threw them. My payments are not bad however every single month after the first three payments ive had my truck i had to call for my pin. I sent in the text me my pin paper work 4 times and they no longer call me with my pin. I also paid 6 months in advance amd got 6 pins to enter each month. 5 of those pins were wrong and i had to call them again every month for pins. With technology taking over the world this company needs to invest in an easier way to dish out pins. Would also prob save having office personal also gotta soend money to make money.

Do not get a car loan from this place. You pay double the price for car. Which yes If your credit is not great it is what it is. I paid for my car every month. I run into a issue and their customer service is horrible. Their little “box” they install in your car decided to malfunction and my car would not turn on. I reached out to this company and they tell me “there’s nothing we can do, bring it back to the dealship” well that dealer is no longer in business so what now? I was put on hold for long periods of time and hung up on twice. Unprofessional employees calling me “hun and babe”. If you guys control the box, you are liable to get it fixed if it stops working and I’m paying all this money. Still waiting on a “manager” to call me back as my kids and I stood on the side of the road in the cold. My car is still in the same location as I don’t know where to get this done. I’ve reached out to friends who are techs at big dealerships and they never even heard of this process or where to even start. Please read the reviews on this business before doing business with them! Big scam! Ill be contacting a lawyer in regards to this! This isn’t right!

Not only is the staff not friendly you'd think when your being charged 21.99% interest on a loan they'd treat you with a little more respect. I paid off my car over 2 weeks ago still haven't received the lean title in the mail and every time i call they give me a different answer from all very rude employees. Would not ever suggest getting a loan through this company.
