Drive thru always takes for ever and they dont even ask questions to know how you need your change and when you ask for your change they get mad yet they never even let you explain what you need they just send the money over! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL had this experience for the 3rd time already

Absolutely the worst experience all around. For some odd reason they only have 1 lane open in the dive through; even with 5 cars waiting. I have had a couple of nice Reps assist me but the over all service is so slow and I mean really really slow. Yesterday I got there 8 minutes before they closed, Waited in the 1 open lane in the drive through for 25 minutes (2 cars in front of me) and then they closed when it was my turn (they literally shut the blinds in my face) without even the common courtesy for letting me know that they would not be assisting me. I thought maybe they didn't see me; when I finally got someone's attention her excuse was "we asked they customer in front of you if you were here before 6 and she said no". Really? Ridiculous! Bad experiences with the call center also. They ONLY reason I have this account is because of the 1k overdraft available and I will keep it open for this reason only (in case of emergency) but I have already moved everything over (direct deposit, loans and bill pay) to GECU.

All these people giving ssfcu a bad review are dumb. This is the best credit union in el Paso and Texas by far. The employees are super nice and helpful. All the people complaining that it's busy , simply put is because people love this place and so in return they get busy. Also best mortgage rates and loans in Texas.

Ms. Zamora was very professional and knowledgeable about everything to do when opening a new account. She answered all my questions without me having to ask. She's very detailed about her work.

Hours clearly state they open at 0900, multiple people were outside and doors did not open until 0905. When inside employees were scrambling to get things ready and waited another few to get help. A professional business is up and running before 9 not 10 minutes after opening.
