The worst experience from any business in my life. Last year when my loan was granted one of the checks they sent to my creditors did'nt get received. My calls to the One Main office were ignored. Called the main office in Indiana and it was obvious they didn't believe me. It took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get them motivated. Now I'm dealing with another issue involving a payment to them with the same lackadaisical attitude. Manager is "out of town" an can't speak to me. AWFUL COMPANY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Horrible experience. Marissa is horrible with customer service. She tried to sell me insurance on my loan and I said it's not needed thank you....and she said well why?? And I said if something were to happen to me I promise you'll get your money I don't need insurance and she said how can you know that?? And I said I promise you'll get paid...my mom would help me if I lost my job or if worse happened and she said "well what if your mom dies, what are you gonna do then?" That literally made me so angry with her. That is NOT good customer service!! Not only that but my mom referred me there and I asked her if she gets a referral bonus and she said no and tried to argue with me.. She's very unprofessional and although they do have low interest rates I and seem like a great company her attitude was completely disrespectful and out of line

thought this would be a way to go ... they approved me verbally set an appointment for me to sign then an hour before I was to sign they denied the loan they approved me for because apparently they cannot do basic math..... that is POOR business... you do not approve someone and tell them "Your Approved" then tell them an hour before signing they are denied... you should never have said approved int he first place... do not do business with this company .... if they will lie about an approval they will lie about anything...

OneMain saved by bacon. I had a sudden expense come up and I needed a quick loan. My credit is only mediocre. I tried a couple other institutions and received small loan offers, but nowhere near the amount I needed. I applied with OnnMain and received an unsecured offer that was literally ten times the offer from the other places. This satisfied my first obligation and I had enough left over to pay off a couple other loans. I was expecting a high payment and was pleasantly surprised to receive a very reasonable payment plan. I had applied online, which was easy and then I met with a loan officer at my local Oklahoma City location. The paperwork took only a few minutes and I was good to go. I wholeheartedly recommend OneMain.

One Main did an expedient job. Received an email on a Thursday inviting me to refinance my loan. Submitted information on Friday. Received an approval the same day. Closed the loan on Monday. I didn’t get exactly the amount I desired, but come to find out I didn’t need the amount I desired so it all worked out for my good. Alicia is the young lady who expedited the loan did a great job as well.

If I could give a zero start I would. This place will treat you nicely when you need the loan and get approved. But, if you fall back do to family circumstances they don't understand. they criticize you like they knew so much. You call to make a payment and they make it difficult. Like at least I am giving a payment I am not leaving it there to be more negative. Oh, and if you purchase the insurance they sell with the loan it's not worth it, there is so many hoops you have to go under just to even be considered to be approved. At that rate what's the point of purchasing something that you can't use. The manager and assistant manager are not professional. Who tells their client that is trying to make a payment "well you can stay delinquent" Like what the hell! This has to be the lowest customer service ever received by management. I'll have this loan paid off, I don't recommend this place at all. Don't waste your time!

I'm sure that there are loan sharks that would charge you less interest then this place.basically 30% interest is what they will charge you.if The are taking advantage of people in need.READ WHAT YOU SIGN. They are legal loan sharks. Go anywhere else.

This place is horrible and management is a joke! Not understandable, you call to tell them with advance that you will not be able to make a payment. Instead they threaten to take it out of you check and sending you to court. Is this good customer service? Now, that I have fallen behind and I am trying to make a payment they won't take it. WTH is wrong with this loaning institution!

I trusted them, and I knew better. Sometimes you need help, and regardless of what you do, you cant get ahead of it. I applied for a loan at this branch, and all I needed was a small loan. I have been a patron of this place for over 2 years. I went in to speak to them about a loan at 9 am on a Friday, and the person in charge of my loan promised me a call back by noon. Come 430pm, I had yet to receive a call back. I made a call, and spoke with someone, and was promised another call back. By the end of the day, I had yet to receive that call. I made a quick call in before they closed, and was promised a call back on Monday morning. Come Monday, I waited all day for the call. But, at around noon, I made the call to the office, because my situation was becoming dire. I end up finding out that the person handling my loan, had some personal issues and was off. I was given a rundown of a loan offer, I had never even discussed with them. I was unsure what to do, so I told them I would call back the next day, and they assured me the person handing my loan would be in, and we would get it fixed. Well, next day, the person who was handling my loan was once again not in. I was reaching a critical point, and needed the money. I explained once again what I needed, and was given the run around again about a loan offer other than what I wanted. I once again explained my position. I was finally called back on Wednesday by the person handling my loan, and I was able to get a loan I was interested in in the works. This took entirely too long and calls In between steps had no substance. When I finally finished my paperwork it wasnt until Thursday, and I was vehemently assured the money would be deposited AS SOON AS I finished the paperwork. Well long story short, it wasnt. In fact when I called to ask about it, I was told it would be in in the A.M. It wasn't. In fact, they posted the money to the wrong account. I had my account and routing number VERY CLEARLY posted as they requested. After I spoke to my bank, and they explained that noone had posted to my account, I contacted Onemain again to explain the situation. I was met with distain, blame, and excuses. They explained that they had messed up, but the branch manager kept saying his hands were tied, and he could do nothing. Problem is, I was about to be out some major money because of this loan. In fact the last thing the manager said to me before I completely lost my cool, was that he couldn't do anything, because "what if the money posted, and I said it didn't ". I asked why they couldn't just cancel the check and redo the loan, he said it couldn't be done. I recieved NO help from them, just excuses. I WILL NEVER do business with them again, I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know about how I was treated. I will make it my mission to let everyone know about how I was treated. I am appalled that a company can do business this day in age with no concern for the people they are supposed to be helping. It lacks character and tact, and shows that despite what they say, the almighty dollar is the only thing they care about. As of this evening I still have not received my money, but guess what, my account balance is reflecting the loan.... I missed my window to pay the payout for my student loan, so now ther IRS is going to take my whole tax refund. I am now out a grand total of $12,897, because of a promised loan of $1500. I will never forgive them for this, and will always remember how in my time of need, even after all my loyalty and on time payments, they shafted me.

If there were any way to give a zero star rating, trust me it would have happened, I guess the best way to describe this company would be the term PREDATORY LENDER, I recommend exploring all other options before getting involved with this company. Once you get in it is extremely hard to get out. Dont make the same mistake I did.

Paid this loan off and still after 31 days they wont post to credit report that it is paid. When I contacted them the third time they say that its all internal and I cannot speak to someone and are absolutely no help. I made my payments on time and paid account off early. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM HERE!!!!!

This company continuously violates rules! They do not communicate amongst each other whatsoever! I can call into the branch and they don't notate it. So then another representative calls me later. I know for a fact once they have spoken with me that day they cannot call me again but they do and have. It doesn't matter if I have payments set until the end of next month, they call me on the hour from all sorts of locations on the end of the month to I'm sure "meet their quota or percentage". They do not pay attention to notes or maybe don't even make them! Who knows! They don't call back when they say they will. I never speak to the same person. Therefore I'm sick of dealing with the incompetency! I am not going to explain this to every single person over as over again. So, I stopped answering. I'm trying to work and can't deal with this level of ignorance all day over miscommunications!! Get it together and communicate people! I am trying to adjust to different pay period etc to make sure my payments are all received timely. I purposely went and canceled my payment to see how often I was harassed once I did and boy I was blown up like a shark smelling blood in the water. It didn't matter that I set it back up the same day and added several more payments after that all the way through next month (future payments). I have payments set up weekly to get current and stay current as I switched jobs. I told this to a representative last month who guess what.. apparently didn't notate my account!!!! Do not do business with these sharks!

Horrible customer service. Called 2 days straight, someone is either busy, on lunch, with a customer or whatever excuse they got....and they'll call back later. No call back received. I finally got through once I called them out on all the excused only to get info they could've easily called or emailed me so I could pursue other options. Horrible, do not reccomend this branch, do not reccomend this Lender.

Megan was HORRIBLE with customer service. We told her from day one that we had to file for a lost title, which takes about a week, and she still filed for our loan knowing that they're automatically declined after a week. Every time I tried to call her and check up on things or ask a question she gave me a horrible attitude and would put me on hold for 10 minutes and I'd have to call back. I would not recommend anyone here! They waste your time and make up excuses for everything.

A place to go if you have absolutely no other options. Everything was going fine, until the manager decided to jump in and treat me like garbage. I told her to check herself, so she told me to leave. Gladly! Went to my credit union and was treated with respect and given a great deal. Stephanie Vaughn has no right to treat anybody like they are less than her.

Whole process took way to long. I have worked in a loan company before and it would take 20 minutes top, one main was very unorganized, they keep asking for the same info even after they got the paperwork. Whole process should be 30 minutes or less.
