I wish I could put a NEGATIVE star. The man named Alan who works here DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go through him. He made me loose out on $100 because he made me sign the check without asking if I had an account now I cannot cash my check ANYWHERE! This is complete BS!!!!!!!!!! He is VERY unprofessional didn’t even ask if I had a account there. I went back in & everything they were laughing at me I asked for the manager he said “sorry nothing we can do” I just left and said thanks for making me loose $100 bucks & they had the nerve to say “yup, have a good day” I AM BEYOND LIVID !!!!!!! The manager there is a joke. This bank is a J O K E !

This bank has lied to me twice about why my money is on hold. At first they said my account was too new and then two years later that told me that I wasn't "priority" because I didn't have enough money in my savings account. Well what they failed to mention is that any deposit that you make through online banking or ATMs will be on hold for two days, and there is absolutely no way to stop that from happening. Which would be fine if that had been disclosed to me but instead this bank gave me fake "fixes" and kept me running around trying to figure this out for the two years I've had my account.
