Worst banking experience I have ever had... BBVA is impossible to deal with. I have a bank account connected to their mortgage product. Bank transfers take FOREVER, disappearing the money from my other account but not showing up at BBVA for several days. Where is my money???? Then, I get charged an overdraft fee AFTER the date the money shows as being deposited into my account. Customer service is also a HUGE issue. Nearly every time I call in for assistance, my call is randomly disconnected despite good cell phone coverage. Last month I spent over an hour on the phone with an agent, but the transfer that I requested (and he said he had completed) was not completed. Now, no one can answer as to why this happened. I cannot wait to get rid of this account and mortgage when I sell the home in the next few months.

This banks drive up is awful. I sit here up to 30 minutes each time! Currently been sitting here for 13 minutes and counting and no car was in front of me. I don't know why this specific bank has drive up issues- maybe they are short handed? But frankly I'm sick of sitting here this long. Guess I will drive out of my way to go to other location and avoid this one at all cost.

Best branch. Manager makes fresh home baked goods from scratch every Mon/Friday so good it’s all gone by 11/12. Very nice employees who do everything they can for the customer to feel like part of the branch.

Okay here’s the thing. The ATM ACROSS THE STREET IS TERRIBLE!!! If you use any ATM use the one located at drive up window because they can access the cards if captured at least. They were very kind and helpful though, called machines servicer to see if they could come out and get cards out with key since they have no access to machine. Although there was no luck they still tried other avenues and were very empathetic to my situation. Sometimes all people can do is try their best, made a big difference in me being able to calm down. even helped try give other solutions that we used. Thank You
