So I was approved for a small amount of funding initially with the pretense of being able to get additional funding moving forward. HOWEVER... when I contacted them a few weeks later I was told that as of Dec.11th they no longer fund cases that took place in Nevada when I was funded on Dec.7th. Prime Case Funding stepped in when another failed to do so. I was involved in an auto accident, did not have health insurance and had exhausted by PIP (Personal Injury Protection). The accident damaged by C5-C6 disk and I had to have it surgically repaired; the surgeon required $5,000 down in order to do the surgery and accept the remainder on a lien. I reached out to Todd Bass of Everglade Financial and he facilitated the transaction between Prime Case and myself. His service and attention was impeccable. Prime Case Funding advanced the necessary funds to cover the surgeon plus an amount to live comfortably during pre-op and post-op since I was unable to work. Recently had surgery and have been out on medical since January. I am a single dad and had no money coming in. I tried applied at another company and they turned me down without ever talking to my lawyer or requesting any information. I thought these places must be a scam, then I called Prime Case Funding and they were able to help me out with some cash to keep me going until I able to return to work. Although the rate seems a little high, if not for these folks here, I'd be homeless without a car, so regardless, I say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! So if you've called one of the other guys without any luck, PRIME CASE FUNDING came to my rescue, and they may be able to come to yours! Read the small print though, I didn't...needed the money so I took it so my family could survive but it is costing me $4784.16 to get $3000 (they take $30 for processing ach too)
