Awesome customer service. I would give them an infinite amount of stars if possible :) NH cash gets the job done and are very helpful . Give them a chance if you are in need. I am not understanding why there are bad reviews. Maybe some customers had a bad time with NH cash because they were feeling cranky. Who really knows? I just wanted to let you know these are good people at NH cash. Keep up the great work! I have been a customer for for 9 months currently. I have everything good to say about them. Thank you NH cash! I submitted a loan request over the weekend and I tried calling to see what the status was couldn't get anyway it's been 2 business days and my application is still under review I even tried talking them online per there online support still nothing what good is it to apply for a loan if you have to wait so long to get a response or approval don't need money next week need it now

Do not get a loan from this place you going to pay more than what you are getting I got screw with this people. There are 3 things that is coming out of your payment, primary, fees and your interest if you are paying monthly. My payment were going to be monthly and my primary payment is less and alway paying on time. They charge $1 and change for everyday unto your next payment, so you going to pay $33 that is your fee and that is not including your interest rate. My loan was for $300 plus a charge of $100, so im going to pay twice of what I got. So dont do it, I regreted. Think twice before you get it. I got SCREW ON THIS never again after I pay them. Not good.

I attempted to apply for a loan from this company. The account that I was going to use for the loan to be deposited was not applicable to their system to allow the loan but they STILL WITHDREW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT and when I called them about it, first the rep told me to write or email them about it. When I told them I would not, she told me that there was no withdrawal from my account. I'm looking at MY ACCOUNT and it shows they withdrew. When I asked for a supervisor, she claimed there was none available. It the account is not applicable for depositing a loan, why was it applicable for them to remove money???

They're ripping people off and running a bad business taking innocent people money and putting very high interest rates on loans i got approved for $300 now they saying i owe 1,000 smh NH Cash full of it...

Absolutely horrible company to work with, even trying to pay them off through a consolidation company and they constantly come up with a different excuse every month to say my payments are late and add a late fee so that my payment never decreases but goes up. They claim my payment due date is never the same every month and that's why. They are never willing to work with you and say the only option is to pay it off on one lump sum which is something I clearly don't have.

Totally sucks !!! I got a loan almost 3 years ago for $300 and I’m still paying it ! And when I called to close the account and just pay what I have left they told me I couldn’t! And they charge for everything having the account open daily and a monthly fee !!! This is a BS loan ! Will NEVER use them again !!!!!!!!!!

Biggest joke in "banking" history got denied for personal bias. After numerous emails saying they don't. They do. Customer service is a laughing stock of ignorant incompetent people. Going somewhere else and according to all the other reviews you should too.

I have been a customer for over a decade and have referred others to NH Cash over the years. Everyone I have referred has been grateful. Personally, I have found the customer service to be exemplary - second to none - and the professional way in which my account has been handled is a way against which I measure other financial transactions. NH Cash provides a much-needed services to the citizens of NH and their record of giving back to the community deserves great credit too.

I got a $200 loan that turned into over a thousand dollar loan! They took out money 6/6 6/9 6/12 double the amount 6/12 and told me i signed page 4 of the contract! Anytime i get a deposit they money out my account and it’s not even the account on file they took money from my debit card i had made a payment one time! DO NOT GOOOOOOOO HERE EVEN IF YOU NEED EMERGENCY MONEY STAYYYYYYYYY AWAYYYYYYYYYYY

Just don't. They are nothing short of crooks. If you aren't careful and don't pay attention to your bank account, 2 years will have gone by with them still debiting the minimum payment for a $400 loan. Then, when you try to pay the loan off, their website conveniently doesn't work, advising you to come back the following week to try again. Out of the payments you make, less than 2% AT ANY GIVEN TIME goes towards the principal. I have never heard of any type of loan like that. With that kind of practice, I have paid them over $1000 just for fees alone for a $400 loan. That's illegal. I did not sign up for this.

I think their main issue is CUSTOMER SERVICE! If they had better customer service and a more professional staff they would have a five star rating. Everytime I speak to someone, they either are not very fluent in english, or they sound like they are laying in bed talking to you. It's probably a small privately owner company with a laid back work environment. Getting someone to answer the phone is super annoying, I find that hanging up and calling back is the easiest way to get someone on the phone. When you first apply for the loan and they ask for your debit card and ID, it seems fishy because they take forever to get back to you. Nobody is ever on the same page, so you will probably send your information in 5+ times before they get it. You will not be told the exact amount you are approved for until it gets deposited into your account which is SUPER annoying. You don't get the chance to decline the loan at that point. If you don't pay right away, like any other creditor, they will hound you via email and phone. Also, they will try to debit your account every day until they get all of their money, so any money going into your account that equals the payment you owe, they will take out of your account. The amount they charge you for the loan initially is pretty steap! I know I paid $100 for $200 which is not really worth it, I could have went to a pawn shop. They all charge late fees and insuficient funds fees...Late fees, okay acceptable but not inssuficient funds fees because it isn't like they are being charged for not being able to take out of your account. My final thoughts are, If you are absoultely desperate, then nhcash is okay but try to sell stuff first. Most payday loans aren't great anyways. Also...They don't send your account into collections right away like other companies so that's cool!

customer service is a joke. My wife and i made all payments on time, but their system kept having an error and the would deduct a late fee, no email no phone call nothing. Bounce my checking account and then we call and argue and it takes almost a week to get the $40 back, and bank doesnt refund bounce fees.

Took me 2 years to pay off 750. Talked to Terri. Not vary helpful with my situation. Charged me the day before I got paid which overdraft my account. Didn’t help me by maybe holding off or even giving me the option to. This place is horrible. I would never recommend places like this.

Applying for the loan, the customer service department is wonderful. As soon as you get the loan, it is horrible. They will not respond to your emails and when you call in to have the charges explained, you are on hold forever. They do not accurately explain the finance charges. They take money out and the amount you owe continues to go up. I have never seen that happen before. BEWARE they will approve anybody and then trap you.

There are many better options than this company. They ask you for bank account information, uploads of your license and debit card (often repeatedly) then sit on it. Live chat is a joke. The fees are outrageous...$100 just to get the loan then $400 PER YEAR!!

Took out a loan for 495.00 this was three years ago. When I went back to read mostly why this was happening and why im still paying them back they said it's going to take ten years for me to pay them back thats 10,000 dollars I'm paying on a $495 loan how freaking crazy is this they should be shut the f*** down all day. Please this should be your last choice on trying to get a loan from them anyone should be better hopefully. Hopefully when I get the chance to finally pay them off they don't try to take my money if I'm done paying them off cause I'm hearing this alot that even though u paid them off for some reason they start taking your money again...if so lawsuit baby I know I'm gonna win !
