AWFUL PLACE! They made my loan due for a MONDAY even though they knew I get paid FRIDAYS. Then they deposited the check ON THE WRONG DAY and cleared out my bank account and making it OVERDRAFT. I went to take out a new loan since the previous one wiped me clean and overdrafted my account but they said that they couldn’t let me take out another loan until the check CLEARED IN MY ACCOUNT.... it was a SATURDAY and effectively left me with $0 and an over drafted banking account all weekend!!!! They acknowledged it was their fault but haven’t done anything to remedy the situation yet!!!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would !! I went in last year for a loan was paying my payments on time then due to circumstances I lost my main source of income and missed payments. All of a sudden I start seeing on my bank statements having a withdrawal of my payment amount , not one moment did I receive a call asking if it was ok to automatically take the payment out..which had my account overdrawn for several weeks . Then I start going in to the store for my payments and then came the nonstop calls! I receive almost 3 to 4 calls the same day from them and several voicemails I recently had a severe family emergency and they call 2 or 3 days before my payment dude date another 4 the day of the payment if I don't make it in like I know I have to go in but have not had the chance to go in!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO HERE AT All!? and ever since that new lady when in when Luis isn't there at the is extremely annoying calling and I've asked her questions in the store and she'll have to call someone else for an answer ..I receive email alerts , automated calls from robots and from the store to all tell me the same thing STOP CALLING ME !!! I have made a formal complaint to their corporate office! And I will never go back here ever once in pay off my balance!

Sitting here waiting to cash my check for 20 minutes. It would be quick, it usually is, if your teller (the only one here) wasn't flirting with a guy who's asked "How have you been?" 10 times now. Now she's complaining about all the coworkers here how they don't want to take on hours and this and that. Not very professional at all. I get this can be stressful to deal with but this is ridiculous I have to be to work and trying to cash my Check N Go. Please help me never have to experience such poor service again. I always come here and love it but the service quality is gradually decreasing.

No since of urgency went in two tellers waited half hour only two customers taken care of so we left I had to work husband went back three hours later and they were three numbers past what he had. I've been a customer for quite sometime and have never been told it needed 24 minutes to verify. I offered to call the issuer and was told by the clerk she would not speak with them. I have visited this Check n Go location on Bald Hill Road on 3 different occasions - 2 Saturdays and a Wednesday night and there is always just one person to service a room full of people. So, if you have a few hours to spare and enjoy sitting among 10 - 12 people waiting your turn, then visit this location. If your time is actually valuable, go to another location.

After they just heard me saying $6 that banks charge is too much. They then proceeded to hand me back my check that was already stamped and told me to" cash it across the street then. " Which I obviously can not do at this point. So I do not get my money but I DID receive back a check I would not be able to cash. Obnoxiously rude thieving people. My advice to the owner of this operation... Spend some time on staffing

It's always been fast freindly service or at least when I come in, however their are times when my mom goes in in the afternoon hours she is waiting for a long time (2-3 hours). Paperwork is time consuming especially for every person who needs to borrow. You should go paperless and have electronic signature pads, and send copies to email unless someone doesn't have email print copy. Think of all that paper and ink you get to save money on! Also, help cut down that wait time! "Annie" the teller I usually see is great, she friendly, fast and informative!

Even though i was just interviewing they help me in ways , I cannot begin to even express my appreciation, I felt like i was apart of something and i was just there interviewing. Have been a customer between both Lee Trevino and Mesa for almost a year. Both locations have been amazing. Very detailed oriented! They explain the full process to ensure there isn’t any miscommunication. Samantha and Monica are amazing at their work in the Lee Trevino area! That’s where I originally started but due to work and location I have transferred to the Mesa location. Today I had the pleasure of working with Debra she was super patient regardless of a major rush. She was very considerate and acknowledged every single customer and keeping status with them.
