Signed up for a Hilton card. Called customer service to link card to my Hilton honor account . But customer service linked it to a different account and transferred points to that And kept on saying it has been transferred to correct account and would reflect within a month. After a month finally they accepted that a mistake has been done and they can’t do anything to correct that. Closed my account.

I’ve never had an Issue in 39 yrs. which being a big Corporation is Irrelevant, obviously to people’s wining complaints. if I get a suspicious charge. I’m called Immediately. & will get a new Card sent overnight. Am Ex will replace anywhere in the Western World I’ve found Customer Service Extremely helpful. So instead of wining over Am Ex , Cancel your Card. They’re are also amazing positive attitude reviews. There’s plenty of VI’s And Mc’s to apply on line. Try not using all Caps re: Am Ex. Using all Caps is Extremely rude & when posting.normal feedback will be read. “ODIOS”

At first I thought and felt it would be the best thing for me since I get monthly government benefits,,,well of course American express serve wait until your benefits are deposited onto your account to then lock your account and tell you to mail a letter to request the account be reopened,,,,i have no other source of income and spoken with legal representation for the issues clearly to lock a account with funds in the account is stealing from the consumer bills don't wait 2 to 3 weeks and now I have no lights cause of situation and I'm a dialysis patient and in jeopardy of losing my place of living and I'm still unaware of why my account being close in December and had only one issue back in October if they were gonna close my account it should have been done before my benefits went direct deposit to my account

I had a thousand dollars taken off my acct I was assured it would be put back on there multiple times even a Acct manager promised 48 to 72 hrs but then nothing instead American Express closed out my acct and the money on it is being sent to me in check form but won't give me back my 923 dollars after they gave me back 250 of it saying the charges were authorized by me which is definitely not true....I will be moving forward with a lawsuit

Blue American Express Serve Card Is Probably One Of The Worse Debit Cards In The World. This Company Holds Your Refunds For 7 Days, While Drawing Interest Plus, Will Make You Wait Longer If You Complain. I’ve Been Waiting For The Release Of My Funds Since 01/19, Today Is 01/26. Claims You Get Paid Early. Charges You 2.50 For Each atm Transaction. Free atm Machines Are Far And Sometimes No Longer At A Location. The Card Has Not Been Updated With A Chip And Is Not Accepted At Bank atms. This Card Is Almost Useless When It Comes To Paying Bills Because Most Creditors Don’t Except It. When You Weigh The Pros And Cons, Cons Win, It’s Not Worth It. I’m Leaving, Just Waiting For AMEX To Let Go Of My Monies.

worst customer service on the planet. i lost my gift card, despite of so many calls, and follow-ups. there is no use. those people are dumb and unskilled. The underlying reason is, they do not want to refund my money. So, they are intentionally giving me hard time (they say my proof is not clear, or they don't receive my mails..lame reasons). I would never buy amex gift card again. STAY AWAY from AMEX guys.

I love it ! I mostly only withdraw cash from atms but I also pay my phone bill & shop Amazon & eBay the Bluebird app or online to view my account info & just recently talked my Mom into using it too. Its great

Worse customer service ever when you call you get someone from the Philipines and they give you the run around was told a refund of 400 dollars would be issued immediatly that turned into 10 business days and my car note was due terrible company will never do business with them ever again!!!!

Horrible, Horrible. I called the bluebird customer service. Of course the only thing you get is a call center not in the US. I double verified that if I can receive a wire transfer from my company's bank ( US BANK) and the rep said yes. I asked again are you sure I can get a wire transfer onto my direct deposit account through bluebird. Again the rep verified and said yes you can. I then requested from my company a Wire transfer. It went successful and US BANK verified it was posted to my account. NO MONEY, When I called customer service they said oh no you cannot receive a wire transfer. Now I have to wait 3--5 days before they send the money back to US BANK. I"m out. and they will not compensate me because they are just a call center that AMEX is too cheap to bring jobs into the US. Moral of the story Bluebird AMEX will not accept " USUALLY" A BANK WIRE TRANSFER. ACCORDING TO THE BROKEN ENGLISH SPEAKING REP. IN THE MEANTIME I'M OUT. THEY ARE NOT. SUCH CRAP

I found an unauthorized charge on my account, call Customer Service, and received email that I was the one who was wrong. My account was shut down and they advise me to send them a letter requesting the documentation they used to determine their findings. I sent the letter and received a email telling me there is no available documents to provide to me. What the hell did they use to determine their findings then. THEYTOOK MY MONEY!!!!!

I signed up for a delta gold card and got swindled out of the 60,000 welcome points offer. On top of that I was told that the issue would be “resolved within 6-8 weeks “ and it totally did not. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT OR USE BLUEBIRD PREPAID CARD!!!! I signed up for direct deposit through bluebird and for the last few months have had no issues with my paycheck being direct deposited. UNTIL YESTERDAY. Everyone in my company received their direct deposits on Saturday, but payday wasn't technically until Monday so I waited to see if it would post. IT DID NOT. I am currently being given the runaround by customer service reps from another country and no one has a direct line to be reached at. They just keep telling me "give us 12 hours". They told me that yesterday and then when I called again this morning, after being placed on hold for 37mins they told me the same thing..... VERY SKETCHY. WHERE IS MY F%^&ING MONEY????!!!!

WOW SAID I USED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WELL I DIDNT BECAUSE THAT DAY I WAS SUPPOSE TO MOVE INTO MY NEW PLACE. THERES ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS, SO I DIDNT ACTIVATE THE OTHER BLUE BIRD CARD THEY SAID I WOULD GET A REFUNED THRU THE MAIL. ITS BEEN 13 DAYS AND STILL NO CHECK. Everything was fine until...someone stole my money from my account and American Express told me i was insured and they would give me my money back. Well after weeks of calling and being placed on hold and transferred a total of four times per call, i finally found out they were not giving me my money and I should write a letter. The corporate office handles claims against completed disputes and they don't talk to you over the phone. You have to mail a letter to communicate with them. This is a bunch of bull and i am consulting my lawyer about how to proceed. DO NOT USE THE AMERICAN EXPRESS SERVE CARD!!!!!!!!!

I am ready to cancel the American Express prepaid account because THERE LACK OF COMMUNICATIONS!!!!! I set up deposits to be placed in prepaid acct by my bank. My bank sent monthly money For over a year, no one from AM Express contacted me by email, phone, text or US mail. This is a scam!! if they do this to prepaid customers, what are they doing to real cardholder customers!!! Holding there money in AZ and not transferring to the right place as instructed by a bank to Utah!!!
