When in to get camera gear one day it was 1000$ the next day I went in to pick it up it went up 100$ after I had asked about it. One lens had a scratch on the inside of the lens the other lens had sand inside it and the camera body would not auto focus. Do not trust these people. Oh yea I asked why it went up in price the so called manager did not know. Rip off artists. STAY AWAY!!!

Staff and management is the worst! Company sells 'warranty' that they are reluctnent to honor, they do everything possible to rip you off, then they blame the 'new' corporation. This place is nothing but a den of theives!

AHHHHMAZING! Went in for a laptop for school. Got one that wasn't up to par (working like I needed) explained my whole situation and came in and was out within minutes! They swapped it for better quality and made sure I left with a smile. The Super Pawn team consists of amazing personality's and smily faces. Love, love. I will only go to this location!

This pawn shop is full of kids who don't know anything about jewelry. I brought in a retired Tiffany and Co Necklace 18k with diamonds an this Flock of Seagulls white trash looking imbecile tells me "I have to file this bro to make sure its gold" in which I replied no you can scratch test like any and every other pawn shop does but your not ruining my jewelry. He than proceeded to waste my time with some other incompetent person named Nick telling me about false policies and how the store manager requires every piece of jewelry be filed tested which is absolute nonsense, no one in there right mind is letting someone file test there 2.00 ct engagement ring or Diamond Tennis Bracelet etc. I later cross checked these so called policies with another store manager whose a personal friend of mine and he said that everything these two said was completely wrong. My thoughts are when you have two people in a gold buying store who cant identify 18 karat gold by the touch and feel in there hand or under a loupe, pure and simple they don't deserve to have a job buying gold and they should go work somewhere less challenging. I drove not even 15 minutes to the next pawn shop in and out with cash I needed and no issues whatsoever. I used to work for Super Pawn back when Macks owned it before Cash America took over and it saddens me to think they don't care anymore who they hire and people like this get these jobs when they should be flipping burgers at Burger King.

If you need to pawn something to get you by until pay day. They are fair and will get you they can on your merchandise. Remember people they are helping you out and you went there because you needed money so dont get butthurt when they dont give you full price for a twenty year old tv. Never understood people walking out complaining they are a rip off because they are not. They have great prices on merchandise too.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED From Two Girls Working The Drive Thru. I Was There On Friday 4-29-16, I Looked At A Few Rings To Purchase. Employee Asked For My ID Before I Began Viewing The Merchandise. Which Is Store Policy, Fine. I Originally Went In On An Inquiry Basis About An Engagement That I Own. I Decided To Just Keep The Ring, Employee Gives Me My Identification Back. Nevertheless, I Began Looking At Their Selection Of Watches. Employee Askes Me For My ID After Me Viewing The Watch For About 5 Consecutive Minutes. I Browsed For About 10 More Minutes Then Decided To Leave, Employee Never Even Gave Me My ID Back. I Didn't Realize It Wasn't In My Wallet Until Sunday, The Reason For This Is Because I Am 8 Months Pregnant Not Working And I Primarily Stay Home. I Called Super Pawn At 8:05 Pm To Inquire About My Identification Card, The Girl Stated They Had It, I Asked If It Was Okay For Me To Pick It Up. She Stated Yes, As Long As I Made It Before 9:00pm. I Arrived At 8:20pm, There Was About 3 Cars In Front Of Me, I Waited There 30 Minutes. I Realize That 9:00 Is Now Approaching In 10 More Minutes So I Give The Pawn Shop A Call, I Say Hi, I've Been Waiting In Line For 30 Minutes And The Line Has Not Moved. The Girl Then Stated That There Was Only 1 Person Working The Drive Up Window & That She Was Moving As Fast As She Can, I Reiterated That I Just Needed To Get My ID. She Then Hung Up On Me. Finally I Reached The Front Of The Line, @ 9:03pm They Have The Blinds Closed, I Ring The Bell For Assistance. No Response, I Ring Again, No Response. I Honk, No Response. Then I Decide To Call The Store Again, No Answer. I Call 3 More Times No Answer, So Now I'm Pissed. I Wait There Another 5 Minutes & I Call Again, I Get An Answer This Time. I Say Hi, I Was Calling To Get Your Managers Name And Information Because I'm Not Happy With The Customer Service Etc. This Girl Hangs Up In My Face ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED.

I pawned my playstation 4 here and when I got it back my PS4 controller had been damaged. The R2 button fell out an it looked like it had been dropped or something heavy was put on it. I told the manager about the damaged controller and he said to come in an he would give me a new one. The one he gave me was so broken. It's ruined my gaming experience and I wish I had just kept the controller they damaged because this one they gave me is really bad. I even told an employee there about it and they were like sorry nothing we can do now . So now I'm going to spend 60 bucks to buy a brand new one. These things aren't cheap an that wasn't right. I don't appreciate the experience with this pawn shop

Went to pawn my 18k ring the girl tested it she had no idea what she was doing she poured acid all over my ring then scraped two chunks out of it then said sorry it’s fake after ruining it.. took it to the other super pawn down street got the money I asked for it.. never go here unless you want your jewelry ruined

Crap customer service even when 5 associates called for customer service so I had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to get some help trying to buy something and they don't even bother pretending like they're not trying to screw you over. The lady thought I was an easy mark so tried making me pay WAY more then the sign said for the basic model of what I wanted which was an xbox one and the sign said $149.99 and tried acting like it was just a special shipment they got that was that price. I used to work for a pawn company and was the best in the store (Praise given by my managers and the GM) and one of the best in the region so I know how it works but didn't tell her that at first. So when I ask about layaway she doesn't tell me anything about it just goes to get the system and seems to think that because it's in a box ( that looked beat up) I wouldn't wanna check it out or test it then wouldn't let me even look at it. I was actually willing to pay the $200 just to get it but who is dumb enough to pay $200 for something ELECTRONIC if I can't see what condition it's in or test if it works and with only a month to return it if it breaks electronics go out after just a few months even when NEW? In a job were you get commission you should TRY and at least PRETEND to wanna help and satisfy the customer especially since everyone else in line was holding something to pawn which doesn't give you extra money. My manager at my pawn job was a manager for super pawn and always said it was great to work there but they treated their customers like crap and I guess I should have listened. That's what happens when there's no secret shoppers sent by the company. I wouldn't work for Ez pawn again because it's the opposite but prefer to buy from them so I can get the 6 month warranty. I will never go into another Super Pawn

Came in to pawn my shotgun. Was told they couldn't take it because it was an "Assault Shotgun." I laughed (of course)... but the guy that told me that was serious. He told me that because the stock I had on it also had a pistol grip it was an "Assault Shotgun." Yeah. He genuinely believed that. The mangement has gotten worse in this store and I will tell you why: 1. The items for sale are either broken or overpriced. A second hand watch they sell is priced for $1200 and would only discount it for $1000 without any type of warranty; you cant even return it unless you buy a return. The same brand new watch sells for $950 in Amazon with warranty. Please learn to research the items you sell. Who in their right mind would choose their merchandise over a brand new one? 2. They would rather loose a sale than make one. They did not sell me the watch lower than $1000 although its been sitting on the shelf for months. 3. They think of customers as enemies, including the buyers. The assisstant managers would argue with you, not listen to your needs, and act like they dont need to sell. They are very rude and untrained to make lasting business with customers. The sales people are good, the management is bad! 4. The only reason I come back here is because the sales people whom I know for over a decade are still there and know how to do business. The new management, especially the assisstants are untrained, rude, and do not know how to close a deal! These assistants will oppose you so their store wont sell. A way to sabotage a business.

I just had to return a Mac laptop because they had mislabeled it as having more processing power and twice the memory than it actually had. When i brought it back, Chris the assistant manager was rude and argumentative and said, "where's your proof?" They had already tossed the handwritten label that they had written for it. What they did is called bait and switch and it is a felony. I am reporting them the the better business bureau. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THESE BUNCH OF CROOKS!

They have a late night drive-thru open until 11pm. The only downside is that thou have to be able to fit the item you want to pawn in the security drawer. So T.V.'s and other large items can't be pawned in the drive-thru. But it does give you a little extra time to make a payment if you are trying not to lose what you pawned.

Honestly if there was a way to do less then 1 star I would. This pawn shop sold my personal items after I was told to come in and pick them up. I was 1 day passed my due date and was told to come in that I would be able to receive my items that were pawned after paying what was owed. I left work early and went straight there. Once I arrived everyone acted like they did not know what I was talking about and looked at me as if I were making something up. Then every single person washed their hands with me and said your items were sold and no one told you to come in and that they were here. I will never do any service with this company regardless of the location or owner I hold the brand responsible for doing what ever and saying what ever they want and please. I hope this never happens to anyone again. By the way the items were 2 designer messenger bags valued at over $2,500 and were pawned for an emergency for just $150.00 total. Obviously I knew the items were worth more but it was a small loan that could have definitely been paid if I had the chance to do so once told I was.

brought in over $150 worth of brand new percussion sticks and mallets... they had no idea what they were looking at and nor did they bother to even research what I had... they offered $10. also brought in a $155 Ogio backpack in mint condition and they barely looked at it and said not interested... only went because it was convenient to my shop. ill go to TNT Pawn instead.

This place a rip-off! Kid behind the counter has no clue about the value of anything, kept having to go chase down some other girl out on the floor to ask her the prices, she didn’t even look at my tools and said no, I have a bag full of name brand electrical tools, at least $500 in the bag alone, a big roll around tool box with a lot more stuff, 1500w power inverter, cordless drill and impact set, regularly get at the minimum $150 loan, only wanted $100, they should hire someone that knows about tools and not just TVs and video games, I will not be back!!!
