I called in the morning, telling the customer service agent that I need a new debit card print out, and I wanted to give them my info so they can print it for me so its ready when I have time to go and pick it up. The lady said that it will take her more time to write down my info and pass it to the associate who deals with that kind of stuff so I should just go at the bank and wait not more than 5 min to receive it. Well I lost 20 minutes in waiting and had to leave because I was already late for work, and didn’t even got my debit card. Great service...

This bank has the worst customer service that I have encountered in years. They lied about their service, and told me they would fix issues they failed to address. They are free to call me make amends. Don't bank here.

I lost my debit card and I need to leave back home in 2 days and the outside of business hours phone doesn’t work to report it. just hangs up on me every time. get it fixed!!!!

my subscription to a clothing website didn’t cancel, so i was charged some money and i’m negative. now they’re charging me $30 for everyday i’m negative. i owe almost $200 and i make less than $550 on my paycheck. i’m literally crying because i’m poor and the bank obviously doesn’t care. i can’t get money out of nowhere! “oh she doesn’t have money? let’s make her have even less!” i can imagine them saying that.

Ever since big sky western bank became first security, I am very dissatisfied with the bank. Long lines, mess that’s going on with their mobile banking and longer time for funds to actually show up on your account. We definitely need another bank in Belgrade. I am seriously thinking of leaving the bank for something else.

We have banked with 1st Security for years before applying for our 1st loan in Belgrade. We have always been treated very well at this Belgrade branch as well as the branches in Bozeman & especially the Three Forks branch where we originally opened our account's.

Minimal people working the drive through since the merge. Coming from big sky western, where the service was great, to sitting in the drive through with 14 cars waiting and 30 minutes to make a deposit. Very disappointed, considering taking my banking elsewhere after they bought out big sky western.

Things have gotten alot better since the merging of the two banks. The first month or two was a little rocky but now it's back to the way things were before the merger.
