And Lonnell, the other associate there at the time, was very nice and showed the awesome teamwork these two have. Lonnell kept up with the process to ensure Joy didn't need anything to help with the process for my transaction. The customer service these two have was beyond exceptional!

I did a pre-approved application before I went in. I called before I went and spoke with Lakeisha to make sure I had everything I needed. When I got there I was greeted and everyone is so nice. The application process was not long and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Knowing you can download the app and keep up with everything about your account is great. They let you know all your options. Lakeisha is very nice and sweet and I’m glad she was able to help. Great place to go for a title loan
