I was hired for the office in Collins Ms the position was as needed for example if one of the workers needed a day off or vacation I was to work that day. In June 6, 2018 I was on my way to work at the Collins office and had a bad wreck totaled out my SUV. I was taken to a local hospital and was transported to Jackson Ms to The University Medical Center due to a broken sternum. My sisters talked back and forth with some at th office. Later that night when I was stable I tried to contact the Manager at the Collins Office and at the Prentiss MS office eventually the manager from the Collins office inboxed me back and let me know she was aware that me and my children was in a wreck and asked to let her know my condition. I followed up with my PCP a week later Called the Collins office to let her know she wasn’t there. She called me back I told her that I would be still be able to work the last week of this month for her she informed me that I had been replaced because she didn’t talk to directly and that she and the other employee was talking with my sister it think it can go both ways if you hold a title in a business and know you have an employee that was in a back wreck it’s simple to call to check on your employees if you’re a good respectful manager that cares.
