I would highly suggest you to go to another credit union as this isn’t the one you want to be at. I switched from Wells Fargo in hope of getting better interest rates for loans in the future but I can say that Wells Fargo have provided better customer service. We got a loan through them and the guy took it upon himself to run my credit to get me a higher limit without my consent. I told him to never do that without my permission, again.

With all honesty they are the worst bank in mankato. They are not in clients best interest, they dont help you prosper in your business or play fairness. They like to chose sides when it comes to business partnership. In my opinion, your better off going with a different bank.

The bank is great; the people, tellers and in-person services are wonderful. But that's where it ends. Both their website and mobile banking app are cumbersome and not at all user friendly. We have several accounts but no one can get their mobile or online banking services to work - ever. The online support is worthless so we have given up on trying to use any of their online services. We always have to make time to go in to the bank to take care of business, or call to find out a balance or transfer money, which again provides great people and service. Please, please, please fix your online presence!

DO NOT EVER GET A LOAN FROM THEM! They said if the loan holder (My boyfriend) got laid off work he could skip payments. He filled out all official paperwork and what happened?? They took it out of our account anyways! We called and couldn't get ahold of anyone! Finally did and the guy laughed when we said we couldn't pay our other bills now thanks to them. He said "I can give you a loan on your other bills haha". How unprofessional! It is their fault and they won't reverse it or admit it! Stay away from them, nobody ever answers your calls and they just want more money out of you!!!!

Wish I could give it a zero. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Teller laughed at me about opening an account with " poor" credit. As I went around the corner she thought I left and I heard her mock the " trash" that I was...

These guys are great been with them for so many years I can't even count started with them after I was a teenager and got jerked around by Wells Fargo. I haven't lost any money to this bank to do over again or any crap. When you need a loan they don't jerk you around....

I can not say enough good things about MVFCU. This is not a bank. This is a credit union. Having dealt with two of the big banks it is a pleasure to work with someone who is working for you, not against you. They helped me fix something that the big bank was using against me.
