Mark is a knowledgeable professional. We went from start to closing in just 2 months, all without having to visit him at all. Everything was done online, but communication between us was always to the point. I only had the pleasure to meet the man who handled my mortgage at the closing. All I can say is run, and run fast. Find any other mortgage lender you possibly can. RHF does not care about their clients in the least. Stay far away from Mark Lombardo, as well. Especially if you are looking to use a VA loan. Mark clearly has no experience in VA's despite his "25+ years experience." After I stated how displeased and disgusted my husband and I were with Mark, RHF said they would reach out to us to make things right, and never did. Do yourself a favor and look for someone else.

I am a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing or what I needed to do in order to get a mortgage or a home. I was also under a time crunch because my previous residence was being sold very quickly. Throughout the entire process Mark was readily available and willing to answer any questions I directed his way. He was basically on call 24/7 and did everything in his power to expedite the process so I would not be without a place to live. Not only was he polite and professional, he has the patience of a saint. On top of my own questions, he had to field calls from most of my family members asking very similar questions to my own. I am happy to say that thanks to Mark, my first experience buying a home was a breeze and I would recommend him to anyone else looking to buy a new home. Thank you Mark!
