I know this establishment has probably seen their fair share of clientel, but I was INSULTED to travel out of my way to this hole in the wall and have the clerk suggest that I stole my own merchandise I was bringing in smh. The service was deplorable! Sell on ebay or craigslist before this place! You’ll be treated better!

Josh helped us with an engagement ring and we couldn't be happier with it. We are both post-grads with hefty student loans, so there is no way we could have afforded as nice of an engagement ring without Loan USA. The entire team of employees was very helpful and patient while I lamented over every decision. Amazing customer service! I now recommend them to everyone! Especially when I get tons of compliments on it.

Went in with a $1,000 laptop (hp envy core i7 360 touch screen) and needed 150-200 to get through the week and my daughter some diapers. They only offered me $80 smh. I will never go back and will tell everyone to go to empire loan cuz they gave me 200 and treated me like family. Thanks Empire Loan and Loan USA take the USA out of your name because you are a disgrace to that name. God bless and happy thanksgiving which loan USA probably cares nothing about cheers.
