If you are tech-savvy, they are for you. Everything is done electronically. I imagine this efficiency is why their rates are the lowest. They are very responsive, they know what they are doing, and they care about your satisfaction. I did have to help them poke my current bank - but if you stay on top of the process, things can close very quickly.
