NO stars for me!!! I am practically done paying off my loan. Last payment due in July 2018....no thoughtfulness given, and no extensions or partial payments taken and this is part of how they capitalize on their customers! I hate this company and will never do business with them again. They prey on people with poor/low credit. Literally 3 payments away from payoff and I can't be late or make a partial payment as if I haven't shown over the course of time that I'm good for it. The decision maker in the Nashua office has no heart! Gotta give these jerks one star just to be able to post my comment. Ridiculous!

Understanding people. Title loans are a pretty straightforward concept. You get your a loan for part of the value of your car and use your car for collateral. Companies have the right to move toward repossession in as little as a day after you’re late. It’s part of the risk of taking on a no credit check high interest loan. Nashua branch was understanding when I needed an extra few days or a week to pay. As a business in this industry they don’t necessarily have to be lenient at all so I appreciate that they were.

I would give a higher rating, because to obtain loan was easy, but now that I have paid it off (4 months ago) I can't get my title back. I keep calling and they are not responsive. So now I am posting a 1 star review. Too bad. All they had to do was return my title.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is horrible to do business with. I paid them off back in the beginning of December. It is now almost May and they never took the Lien off my title. After emailing and calling them a few times. This also put me in a tough spot, because I can’t sell it. I can’t leave it in my parking lot with no license plate. So I’m stuck paying for insurance on a car I don’t even use. Think twice before coming to this place. They are just money hungry vultures, who leave you stuck.
