Mike was very helpful and explained everything especially options, requirements, and most importantly how will these choices affect your bottom line ... your monthly mortgage payments. He communicates clearly what needs to be addressed and submitted, and reciprocally works efficiently on his end to move the application along I like the fact that he responds promptly to calls and /or emails should there be any question or clarification. Even after the ON TIME closing, he’s still willing to help and answer questions and help you with any mortgage related queries. Would definitely use Mike and his company again and highly recommended him to everyone

He even covered the cost difference, taking money from his end when our rate came in different that what he initially told us.
