If you are like me and have a regular job, fair credit and wish you could have a home of your own but not sure if you qualify or are just scared to even see what you may be able to get. Millennial home loans was by far the easiest lender I've ever dealt with!! David and Anne were always very responsive and made the mortgage process a breeze. I decided to purchase a home for me and my mother. I had been renting most of my adult life and after being in the recent rental for 4 years the Landlord foreclosed on the property, without notifying me. So, time was of the essence. After going through numerous Realtors and Mortgage Broker's who promised everything and delivered nothing, I became very discouraged, but I did not want to give up. So, I took to the internet. I saw a Mortgage Broker who specialized in the USDA Rural Development Loan Program for first time homebuyers. I said, "that's me".. His name is David Zuckerman. I decided to send him an e-mail and that was the best decision I ever made. Not only did he explain everything to me about the home buying process, he guided me through it with ease. He made me feel like I was his only client, I know now, there must be 'many'. I have heard about the stress home buying can be, but I never experienced any of that. From the first conversation with David, I had a sense of calm. It was refreshing to communicate with someone who knew exactly what to do. His years of experience came shinning through like a ray of sunshine. There was 'hope' for a fist time home buyer. Quickly is how everything went, his professionalism and guidance was spectacular!! I would like for all homebuyers to experience this, but you can only do that with David Zuckerman. I go to closing on 8/12/16. It's been exactly 45 days, the experience has been a great one. This is from a man I have never met, only talked to and shared e-mails. If you want results with someone who knows all about the home buying business David Zuckerman is the 'go to man'. I would recommend that you send him an e-mail or give him a call. You too can have that home you have always wanted. David Zuckerman can make that happen!

You may not appreciate David Zuckerman if he was "one of the first loan guys you found". But if you were like me, after trying to work with about 10 lenders, and you found David, it's like a breath of fresh air. He knows what he is talking about, he was professional while being funny at times so you don't feel the pressure associated with the process. I found him by mistake one day, past midnight while I was just looking for a way to get something better than what other lenders were giving me. He called the next morning and the rate he mentioned was unbelievable, I thought it was a scam that I went to look up his company reviews. When I saw the 5 stars and what people had to say, I was convinced this might be real - I sent in my documents and in less than 24 hrs David provided me with a pre-approval. My agent was surprised because the lender she recommended could not be that fast. From the start of the process to the finish, he was always available anytime including weekends. He would pick the call as though he was expecting it and greet the same way, professional and friendly. I almost considered becoming a loan officer because David would take plenty time to explain every step, figure and lender jargons involved, so much that by the time the process was over, I knew a lot :). Finally, it was real! I was closing on my dream home, everything went smoothly and the rate I got was shocking to everyone who heard about it. My agent and title company had to comment on the interest rate because it's not common. If you want to avoid the hassle in home buying, move quickly, get the best interest rate in the market, move into your dream home, then you gotta contact Millennial Home Loans. As you have seen by my credit scores and building of credit, this has been a long and arduous task. Having to come back from losing everything four years ago seems like an eternity.
