The group of guys at Kay Bee are simply AMAZING! Wether I am there to purchase something or to sell something, they treat me the same, none of that looking down on you because you're selling your belongings so something must be wrong with you, scenarios. They always give me the best prices, again wether buying or selling. My husband and I were jusy recently married and being short on money (as many young, newly married couples) we went there and both found rings we TRULY love. The store is always clean and they have a huge variety of items. I wish every pawn shop had a group of guys as nice and hardworking as them! Thanks guys! (Signed TV girl w/no remote today lol)

From my experiences with Kay Bee... they are honest & really kind. They've given me good advice & accurate info on the things that I've purchased/pawned/sold to them. I've been to other pawn/jewelry shops in the past & compared to them, they've always been 100% the best option. I've seen them interact with other customers & I can tell they've been there before as well. They have really cool things to purchase too! Consoles, games & TVs for great prices, plus the jewelry they have is gorgeous. Hope this helps anyone trying to decide where to go.

I have had a good experience each time I have visited this store to either get a loan, sell a item , buy something or just bringing stuff in to see what I could get. The young man that runs the store is very helpful and fair with his prices. Obviously in these times he has to be careful with what he buys, I have been turned down a few times because my items were not profitable or outdated but he was never rude and doesn't judge you. He takes the time to look up items values and gives you a fair price. You know that feeling you get before you go into a pawn shop , the I'm a piece of crap feeling because I'm in a hard place and need to sell my valuables to get by, well as soon as you walk in he greets you nicely and makes you feel welcome. Not like some loser selling junk. People already feel bad enough selling there items when in a tough time.

Very happy with my experience. Josh worked with me with an electronic item that I was interested in and although it wasn't charged prior to my arrival and I had to wait for it to charge, there were cool items to peruse in the store and the item that I purchased was fairly priced. Some of the laptops seems to be well-priced and well-spec'ed, and you could turn them on and check them out (I sure did). Be advised that they close at 4pm sharp on Saturdays so leave some extra time if driving as traffic can be tricky on some of the back roads. I'd definitely visit them again. :-)

Hello I did not have a lot of experience with pawning or loaning anything from a pawn shop. When you 1st arrive at the store the things that you notice is that it's extremely clean and very very organized. You are greeted by a Approachable and happy team member. They explained everything so that I completely understood. I sold my item and again was explained to what I would be signing and asked which I thought was extremely important and thoughtful by the team member, do I have any questions. But he did such an amazing job explaining things in great detail I didn't have any questions. He then gave me with my fair price for my item and I was out the door within 5 minutes. So needless to say this is amazing store with such caring team members. .I will definitely be going back in the future. I seen an ring that is a must have, so I will be heading back over there this weekend to pick that up. Thank you guys for making me feel so welcome and have a great rest of your day.
