I’ve been dealing with this company for 3 years. In those 3 years I have only paid down my loan $3000. They do not provide you with statements showing where your payment is being applied. There is no way to verify except to ask for a print out. When they send it to you weeks later, you will find that only a small fraction actually goes to your principal, the rest is interest. They get away with this if you have ever taken advantage of their “deferred payment” offering. They tell you they understand things happen, or we know it’s Christmas time blah blah blah but they fail to tell you they tack that on the backend of the loan. So take it from someone who knows.. don’t ever take that agreement! Also, as everyone else stated, they are incredibly rude! They yell in texts, LOL when you try and ask them to stop harassing you, and they will harass you starting on your due date. The only way to pay is to call them or send in a check which they have held making your payment late. I now post date checks just to avoid having to speak to these unbelievable people. It’s hard to believe they are a business! I don’t know how I’m going to get this loan paid off with so little going towards the balance.

They financed my car when I was rebuilding credit. I tried to refinance it and they are not FDIC insured. The reps are rude. Although they say you don’t incur a late fee until 12 days after the due date, the harrass you on DAY ONE! If you don’t answer they turn on a sensor in your car. I traded my car after having them for 6 months!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called in to make a payment maybe 10 WHOLE minutes before closing time. I was put on hold for 5 of those minutes before being hung up on. Called back and was hung up on again!! I will be refinancing my loan with someone else who appreciates my business and knows the meaning of customer service. this review deserves no stars, but you have to give at least one to post it.

I made a payment arrangement for 7/15/16. This is 5 days past my due date. The service rep called me 3 times in a 5 minute period and left a very rude message on my cell phone. I called back and spoke to her boss. She said she would speak with her about her customer service. I certainly hopes she does because she is AWFUL.

Their Customer Service is horrible, and the workers lie. Even though phone conversations are recorded they will lie and say they told you something but it's only in their notes. I made payment arrangement for the 25th of March, called on Monday to get the extention for April 8, 2016 I was told that was fine. The next day they say I before 5pm to send a payment or they will repo my car, I explained to Karen who always has a nasty attitude that I had just got an extension the day before for April long story short she and her supervisor had very nasty tone and he hung up on me saying BYE Felicia, very unprofessional.

There have been several times when I have called in to make my auto loan payment and the agents are rude and disrespectful. I spoke with Danielle today who was apparently having a bad day and proceeded to make sure I knew it. Attempting to speak with a supervisor to relay to them how unprofessional their employees are is useless; it appears as if nothing is ever done. I'm looking forward to the day I never have to deal with this company again. ****1/2018 - called in to get a pay off quote for the vehicle and was transferred to a voicemail - called back and was connected with Tammy in the ‘insurance department’ - I asked for the fax number regarding a pay off and how long it would take for me to receive it. She said she didn’t know and hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! *****2/2018 - called in again and spoke with KAREN regarding a vehicle I traded in just to get away from this company. She started the conversation off with ‘First of all, who are you?’ So incredibly unprofessional. The call ended with her hanging up on me - typical. So grateful I no longer have to deal with this company ever again. I’ve been in customer service for 13+ years and I have NEVER dealt with such rude, unprofessional, disgusting people before in my life. I wish I could give them 0 stars because giving 1 is being waaaaay too generous.

If I could of pick zero stars I would , horrific customer service, completely rude and nasty for no reason , I’m so sick of these people the only way you can make a payment is over the phone or send a check in , but they are not to be trusted , every month I call in to make my payment I get transferred about 3xs and put on hold 5 mins each time , I dread calling in every month they are very consistent with horrible customer service, I have the feeling everyone that works there hates there job , but it’s no reason to put it off on a paying customer, my car will be paid off in the spring and I can’t wait !!! Depending on the person you get on the phone they can be pleasant or just freaking rude. The thing that gets me the most is your past due date where the the late fees will occur has not come up but they will blow your phone up like you never pay your car note on time and have the nerve to be freaking nasty about it.

I just bought my car through them this past March (2019). I haven’t had many encounters with them, but from the few phone calls- I can see why everyone deems them “Angry Finance”. When I return their calls, I’m transferred to several different people before a very aggressive sounding person gets on the phone. It definitely makes me kind of nervous for what’s to come. Thinking of refinancing as soon as I can, but we will see.

Friendly Finance has been so good to me. Many times they let me slide on a payment they knew my situation and helped me thru it. When my husband passed away and when my daughter passed away. They were very understanding and everyone that I talked to there were kind and helpful. Any other finance company would have repossed my car like they did my nephew. Came right on his job and took his car. I only have one month and my car is paid off. Love Friendly Finance.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. I'm trying to get my loan refinanced because the interest rate is ridiculous. So the lending place send a 10 day payoff request and they dont want to give them the numbers. We called 5 times in a row and got hung up on. Idk how the car place found this lien holder but they are garbage!!!
