Okay first off this is not Academy Bank, this is Bank mid-west. I don't know how you can edit to where it say that this is bank of mid-west i have lived here for 25 years of my life and this bank has always been bank mid-west there color of the bank are blue orange and white. Now the only way that this can been Academy bank is if they moved in here and if they did then that is great but has far has i know this is and will always be bank mid-west Thanks so much google i hope that this get changed cause it making all of the academy members discombobulated!

I have been a customer for more than a decade. This year I notice that bill pay deposits sent from our other accounts to Academy Bank sometimes do not get properly deposited or credited. Losses for us are now $300 plus any fees that have hit us when we thought deposits were pending and they are just lost. Advise folks not to mail deposits through bill pay unless you can afford to throw your money to the wind. No one will help or take responsibility for the losses. $300 just disappeared into the US Mail and deposit address for Academy Bank in Kansas. Who is stealing this money? Who is taking our money? And no help is not cool. I tried to use chat online, but apparently I cannot. This is not fair. I hope I wont have to go to my district attorney to help find my money but I will if I have to. I shouldn't have to do that. DO NOT SEND ANY CHECKS IN THE MAIL TO THEIR KANSAS ADDRESSES. SOMEONE IS stealing inside the bank. That is the only explanation as our deposits were made fro years with no incident and now five deposits have vanished after funds withdrawn from the sending institutions. Argh. And why no help. Theft is theft.

Their system crashes today, I waste 30 minutes on the phone with a nice lady that is watching HER (DFC) system crash, SHE can't reboot the system, we agree to try again later, now it's FIVE hours LATER, they are closed for the day, and I can't access my account by Android OR Laptop Online ... I'll be finding a REAL bank ASAP. I am NOT AMUSED!
