I applied for a loan online and received a call from Brittany on Friday saying what amount I was approved for and what my payments would be each month. Went into the office on Monday, sat down with Brittany to sign my loan documents and was in and out in no time. Brittany was so helpful and explained in detail about the loan. Don't Even Apply !!!!! they will run your credit question it and tell you how bad your credit is like you don't already know, hello that's why we came to you guys because we have bad or no credit... haha, They they call you tell you they will only approve you for $1,000. Then when you do show up with all your documents, they will tell you that "oh" we changed our minds actually the manager will just because she didn't like one little wrong thing on a document... Thy are rude and horrible customer service. Hey we know we are people with bad credit, but you don't have to treat us wrong...

So I applied online wen they where closed received phone call when they opened around 9am to go over application. Few hours later received call saying I was approved would I like to setup up appointment. So I did . Brought all documents, they asked for just for them to say we can’t do they loan because the system we use to verify employment and etc shows u have been employed for 3yrs at ur current job but there’s a gap. And shows u just started back in March. But TRY back in few months . Then she goes to say because u know credit not so good and u don’t have a car to put down for collateral

They were great the process didn't take as long, I was approved I know I had terrible credit and wasn't sure if I would even get the loan. They work with you when you cant make your payment I was able to push my payment when I was able to get the money, the only thing is that I am almost done with paying my loan and they keep calling offering me another 500 dollars that I don't need that means adding on another interest fee on to the fee that I have uhmm no thanks but other than that it served its purpose. I may loan from them again to pay bills off.

Anytime I have needed financial assistance, the associates at Eagle have been a great help. They are very professional and welcoming. The approval process is easy and the office time ( paperwork) is minimal.

I don't know why people are saying such bad things about this place because they were wonderful! From the people I talked to on the phone to the time when I first walked in, it was a pleasant experience. At one point they even knew my name when I called which totally caught me off guard lol. No but really, I went in and started working with Sarah and she was awesome! She thouroughly explained everything to me, was very personable, and had an outright amazing personality! I would definitely recommend Eagle Finance to anyone who needs a loan. They were there for me at a very hard time in my life when I needed it the most. The problem that I have with is company is the staff tell you that they don't look at your credit score, the staff tell you over the phone everyone is pretty much approved, the staff tells you that they can give you this and they can help with pretty much everything. But once your credit score has been ran, they look at everything that you owe and how much debt you are in trust me they call you and tell you they can't help. I don't want another person to tell me that Eagle Finance in Speedway Indiana can help me with anything. Not good business at all for anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are falsely advertising themselves. 1. They claim to loan to bad credit and that "We loan to people not credit scores." This is a blatant LIE. If you have a bad credit score don't waste your time with them. 2. They claim to have "Same day approval." When your staff even mentions "I know the sign says same day but this takes time so we'll call you tomorrow," you might want to think about taking the statement OFF your signage because it makes you look foolish. So unless you have perfect credit and a car to use as collateral you will be wasting your time applying for a loan with this company.

This is a great place for a loan. Quick and fast process with no hassle. They always work with you if there is a problem and I don't think I have met anyone that has been turned down by them. I wish I could give this place no stars ! I applied and was denied in 2014 understandable due to no credit history or permanent employment I was through a temp agency . I recently tried again in 2019 in a much better predicament financially I just had an all of a sudden crisis with my car and wanted it fixed ASAP instead of next pay and was denied again this place is ridiculous and I have no idea other than owning a car how to get a loan from them since I make payments .

I hated it There sign say Bad Credit we Loan to people not credit scores. This is a true lye. I went for 1000 so I can go to NC to visit my father in law who is dying from cancer. They said they dont look at your credit but they do. And then they wanted me to put my car up that I dont have. This was a false add that they ran. They do not loan to people they loan to credit scores. Thanks for waisting my time. Change your sign because you do not fool with bad credit and yes you look at credit scores.
