For a family member. They tried to take an automatic payment. Pronto was told payday was at the end of the week and whe would make that payment. She was told ok. She called at that time and made the payment. Just found out an automatic payment was pulled from her account. Now she just had 2 payments taken from her account. She called back asking for the second payment to be refunded. She was told since she "called it in" the payment is put to the principal and there would be no refund. Why would they push thru the payment a second time when she talked to customer service and made the payment? Now, Pronto has caused an overdraft on her account. She is also in Michigan helping her daughter after a surgery. Now with no money for fuel trying to get back to Chicago. Very poor customer service! They might help you with a loan on poor credit but that's it. We will never use them again. Will pass our experience on to others.

Ever since my finance agreement I never had a single problem and when the time came to look for a new insurance they were here to help and man they did I was paying 208 before and here they dropped it down too 152 after all the other insurances couldn’t go that low I got helped by Osiris Maldonado very nice and helpful lady she was there to help and make sure everything was addressed and right thanks a lot guys !

If I could give minus 30 stars that would be appropriate! This has got to be the worse so called finance company in the entire universe! Where do I start with how horrible they are? They claimed when I was doing my contract that they had an online website today notes! Well I tried using it and it said under maintenance! That was over in yr ago! It's still under maintenance! Who's doing the maintenance? A 1 yr old snail? They speak horribly broken English and they lie quite a bit about your account! I cancelled a horrible aftermarket warranty that was put on the vehicle by Mazda autobarn. The warranty didn't cover anything that cost more than 200 dollars. So I got rid of it which should've given me the option of either lowering my monthly payments or having my payout lowered, they didn't wanna give me nor did they give me that option! I was late making a payment and the called people on my references list! That's not what that list is for! They put a ignition disabler on the vehicle and it was on my contract that they wouldn't do it! They are just the worst! Contacting the better business bureau and a lawyer to see if there is any legal action that can and should be taken!

Would give more stars if they had a better way for people who don't live close to Schaumburg to pay, you can call in a payment but will be charged an extra $10.00 every month or if you try to pay online your extra amount will depend on your car payment although i wouldn't mind paying a 'convience' fee a $10.00 one seems a bit high. Although I've never been late on my payments the fact that they give you a ten day grace period after your due day before they charge a late fee earns them the 2 stars *Update to owners response* Mail a payment and hope they receive it that it does not get lost in the snail mail i don't think so. They NOW offer automatic payment withdraws from your bank something they SHOULD have been offering especially since they have such a high convience fee and only one location to go in and pay.

Extremely high interest. Asked for explanation about it changing all the time and they weren’t able to explain basically how they just put a minimal amount of money into my principal. You also can’t pay w a credit card or they’ll charge you an additional 10%..I’ve never been willingly giving away so much money but no one else will finance my car loan so oh well.

Thanks to Vicky, Fatima and their staff, hundreds of people who would normally be turned down are now driving, allowing them to work and take care of their families. The negative reviews are unwarranted for sure, usually there is more to the story.

We had to use them for financing my car due to not having any credit since I'm so young and after reading the horrible reviews I was nothing but scared to have to deal with them for 4 years especially since I was paying more for interest than for the car. Luckily I came into some money and was able to pay the car in full, which we were told by the man at the dealership we wouldn't have any fees for paying off early. Well when we called to ask how much we had left to pay off they told us almost $500 higher than what it should have been but we kept our mouths shut as we were ready to just be done with these people and weren't surprised that with their reputation they swindled a way to get more money since they weren't going to get the full 41 months of interest payments they originally expected. I call to pay off the car and am informed that on top of the random extra $500 they are adding onto my amount there is also a $200 fee for paying it off with a credit card, a fee I wasn't told about when I called the day before asking them about it! On top of it I am still showing no credit activity so I'm pretty sure they aren't reporting to the bureaus WHICH IS ILLEGAL. I would never recommend this bank, they're already robbing you with their interest rates and then they rob you with fees for using everyday technology as if they expect you to go down there with a duffel bag full of money bands instead like a drug dealer. This review should actually be 0 stars.

This is the second time they dont report my paymnet a my score drop because I'm supposedly 30 day past due on my paymnet when Pronto knows I pay them on time! Never pay cash or send moneyorder! How you going to proof you made your paymnet on time! Lucky for I always pay with my back account!!!!!!!!!!! Owner tag your email here! Dont try to reply with an excuse that you fix my account like you been doing on the previous reviews!!! I will also make a strong complaint to BBB.

My mother purchased a vehicle from here . Very bad experience everything was going good until my mom went to the hospital. She had to be hospitalized because she was very sick . So the finance company couldn’t reach her for ONE HOUR . So picked up the call and told them I drove the car home because she was in the hospital. That’s it that’s all . So they returned her contract and said I had to be a co-buyer just because I drove the car home . She was heartbroken because she went through hell and back trying to get the car financed and they said there’s nothing they can do
