I went in this past weekend with my husband after being in town for a shopping trip ,we live out of town but figured they could assist our needs . As we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a friendly voice the lady by the name of Vivian explained to us what was needed from us and informed us of all options , my husband explained he did not have his stub and he could be back in an hour she did inform us that it was indeed past closing time but she would do all her best and not mind helping us out and get us sent in asap . Not once did she rush us and was very patient . Just want to inform that she was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again.

This establishment is lead by one of the most efficient & compassionate Managers I have ever encountered!!!!! His skill set is unmatachable and the team are highly trained and shadow in his footsteps. Kudos to you Manny for your competence in Customer Service. Your company is lucky to have you!!!! I cant end without giving praise to Viviana & the rest of your team. You All Rock.
