Super Super friendly guys here! They are the one pawn shop where I feel that they are fair. I scored a good price on 2 diamond bands here. They worked with me and I was able to get a fantastic deal!!! Not to mention, they are super friendly and not in your face which is so important to me :) I will be back for sure... in fact I already have!!

The guy who talked to me was really cool and was willing to talk prices. The establishment itself is quite nice looking and has great stuff and prices. The T.V. I was looking at was talked about for a while and he even offered a refund policy when we were unsure about the reliability of the product. Great guys too.

We stopped at Naperville Jewelry and Loan for our first quote on some sterling silver. Gregg and his partner were very knowledgeable about all kinds of collectables and very willing to share that information. They told us the true value of our silver and said they would work with us on the price. We went to two other stores, neither of which had the friendly atmosphere and both gave us very low offers. We were happy to go back to Gregg, who gave us a much better price. We will not waste time going anywhere else to sell any other valuables. They completely reset my impression of a pawn shop!

Friendly faces, diverse products and good business. I've purchased a few music related product from naperville jewelry and load, but one experience sticks out the most for me. After purchasing one of their guitars, I learned it had defects, when returned I was greeted with grace and offered a temporary guitar until my guitar was repaired. I had a minor problem, I called and I received great customer service and everything got sorted out. My product it clean and in very good condition, I am very pleased. I was warmly greeted upon entering the store. Greg introduced himself and the rest of his partners and staff. He inspected each item for sale, including a laptop computer and accessories, computer cooling pad, and several pieces of jewelry. Afterwards, he looked the items up on the computer for the comparable retail value and explained his offers in detail for each item. The jewelry items were looked at under a loop and acid-tested for authenticity. Following, he made what I considered to be some very fair offers for the computer and the jewelry. And, very little haggling was involved, if any. I came away feeling that Greg was the consummate professional. He had everything down to a science in terms of the way he handled the entire estimating process and entering of the inventory being purchased into his computer system. All of the jewelry items were photographed per pawn shop regulations. All-in-all, I'd say that if you're looking for a very personable and professional group of guys with whom to transact business, who are extremely fair and efficient about their work, then, this store and its people are your ticket. Great experience, overall!!!

Absolutely outstanding selling experience at Naperville Jewelry and Loan. It started with Tom as soon as we walked through the door but by the end of our visit all three guys were helping to rummage through and educate us about our stuff. Even though they politely passed on purchasing many of our items, they still took the time to enthusiastically do some research and explaining on each item. Their honesty and candor earned my trust and I felt welcome in their store the whole time even though my visit resulted in only a very small transaction. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

I bought a product on Ebay from Naperville Jewelry & Loan and did not notice it was local pick-up only. I live several states away and could not pick it up. A lot of companies now would just say it was my fault and my problem. Because it was my mistake I bit the expensive bullet and told them that I could not pick it up and gave them permission to give it away or re-sell it. I received an email from them refusing to just take my money. Even though it was my fault they went above and beyond offering to arrange shipping of this large and bulky item or returning my money. This is a business code of Ethics that unfortunately is seen less and less in the world today! I can not say enough about the great product I received or the wonderful people I had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you again for the wonderful treatment I received.

A couple days late reviewing but my impression when I walked in was awesome. A lot of cool and interesting things. I wish I had more time to look around and chat. The guys were very friendly and easy to talk to. They helped me a lot with a great deal on a tv. I will 100 percent go again and hopefully buy cooler things rather then a tv.

I had a couple of Coach purses that I wasn't using so I brought them to Naperville Pawn to see if I couldn't get a few dollars for them. Not only did they give me a great price for my bags, but I now realize they are the most honest guys around! In one of the bags, I left some money in the pocket. A few days later, they contacted me and informed me. I couldn't believe it! I just know, anywhere else, they would have kept the money and I would have never have known about it. I stopped in today since I haven't been here in awhile. I'm a long time customer of this store. They have a new managing partner. It was a great experience. They freshened up the store, it's more welcoming. I sold two Michael Kors purses and bought myself a new diamond ring. The guys are great to work with. I highly recommend coming here to buy or sell!

5 star for sure. i ment to write a review a couple months back. they helped me get a laptop for very cheap with a store credit trade in on a broken laptop twords a working one. i also have had to pawn some things as times were tough but they helped me get everything back. would def reccomend checking them out. even just to look around.
