If I could give them a no star I would very business charge hi interest n paid 2 loans off a year or more early never late bc they took directly out of account 3rd loan rejected what kind of business is that stay away best advice!!!!!!!!!!

This company later asks for official photo ID PLUS your username and password for your bank account, all after they have all your other personal info, including your social security number and credit history with demographics. Too much! Question anyone who asks for username and password of your other financial institutions. BEWARE!!!

I called in to get information on why I was showing I still owed a payment after i show the payment posted to my account and my due date is today. The advisor would not provide a last name, employee is number and told me there was no manager available. After I insisted on speaking with a manager, he hinted one down and transferred me. The manager was very rude and short with his responses. He gave the same information the advisor gave me. I had to pay for more information on order to get an address. He didn't want to spell the street name, gave me the wrong zip code and failed to give me the suite number. There are so many things wrong with this situation. There should be some sort of tracking system so you can review your employees quality. I will be working cooperate about this.

This place has the worst customer service ever unbelievable. I called to make a payment towards my balance that's due today because when I attempted to make the payment online it show the payment would not post till 5/20. I asked the representative Ronnie will I be charged any late fees or interest. The representative Ronnie was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He keep telling me he would have to disconnect the call if I continue to insult his intelligence. After answering all the questions he insist I answer before he can give me to a manager. Why was I late? Will I be making the next payment on time? ETC. He then put me on hold for a manager then come back to the phone and say your account is not past due I just want to correct myself so that I dont get in trouble. I said well you have already insist I was past due and refuse to give me to a supervisor. He then say he will have to disconnect the call hung up I called right back got the same representative who disconnect the call again. I immediately called back got the same representative again then disconnected the call myself call back got another representative who transferred me to a supervisor without being EXTRA like Ronnie. I spoke with Chris Morris who was very understanding and states that he will pull the call and speak with the representative after I spoke with him I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Waiting for support representative to answer, on hold 3 times, double charged my bank account, now have to call my bank and pay $35 to stop pending payment, smh ❗❗

Listen.....if you get a loan here it is because your credit isn't good enough to get a loan somewhere else. I got a loan from this place about a year after chapter 7 bankruptcy and I was very grateful. It helps my credit rebuilding with payment history and gave me the ability to get on a land contract for a house that needed a substantial downpayment. Sure the interest is high but if you want the loan where else are you going to go? I've had no problem with the payments coming right out of my bank account the company sends nice reminders about it. Very smooth and polished operation. The application process was easy and money got to me quick as well. I haven't had any interaction with customer service so can't speak to that part. Overall I am happy with the service this company has given me. Thank you

Got an email saying i was approved for a loan and i would get the money in a couple of days. Then right before i was supposed to get the money they sent me an email saying my loan was rejected. When i tried to call to see if this was a mistake they told me that they could always change their mind even if the loan was approved..... so disappointing.
