If I could I would give them 0 stars. Kept us there for 40 minutes until they decided they needed to call and verify employment. Meanwhile, we had paystub, been at same employer for over 9 years, wearing work clothes with company logo and since the office closed prior to them calling we were refused a loan. Seriously?! Don't waste your time with this crappy place. There are plenty of other loan agencies close. That actually value their customers.

Wasted my time, led me along making me feel like I was a shoe in for a loan. Then nit picked at stupid little things before denying me. All in all I wasted over a hour and got nothing out of it, but I'm betting they will still make something off me by selling my info to there competition or whatever. Thanks for nothing Dollar loan Center!!!

I've been coming here for a long time and these guys know their job and what they're doing and get me in and out so quick. I would highly recommend this store and these employees to anyone, super customer orientated and take care of everyone.

0 Stars. No matter how eloquently they put it on the radio, these types of businesses are designed to get your money. They know that most people will take longer than a week to pay off loans, so the amount they make off interest is astronomical. No matter if the interest rates are "low". You are much better off to go get a personal loan at a credit union or bank. Don' let these people fool you.

I had a great experience getting a loan here. Danielle, was completely amazing and so helpful. She helped me get the funds I needed even with minor hiccups. She was great to my kids, very friendly, welcoming and treated me like I was a person and not just a transaction. Getting loans are always scary, but with Danielle's help it was just a great experience. Thank you

What a waste of time. Did application online they said approved just come down with verifications. Underwrite needs more training on how to read a pay check stub. Had loan there before no problem and nothing changed. Lost my business. Thanks dollar loan center for saving me money on intrest.

It's never a good idea to use these loan places, but when your backs against the wall, you do what you have to, to survive. They did a great job making the experience as comfortable and painless as possible.
