Nothing but hidden fees and being treated badly. I have had a loan with them for one years. They could not find my account when I would go in to the branch. Two times I could not make a payment in the branch because the system was down. They waved the fee to pay over the phone that time... I got a the money together to pay off my loan with them and they refused to take my payment. It was like an act of congress to make a payment with out fees.

This is a review for the online banking only. There seems to always be a problem with some feature online. I have tried multiple times to transfer funds to pay off my car loan early but each time something isn't working. I called in to try to make a payment. The first lady I talked to did great and transfered a large sum towards my car loan. The next two times I tried to do this the people gave me different information each time. Nothing has been consistent. I would not choose to finance another vehicle through them.

I have used AFCU for 14 years. They do an exceptional job at assisting me. Their auto and personal loans are straight forward. They have a lot of access points/ATM's and branches that are easy to find and use.

I have to go into the location to make a payment, mail a check or be charged eight (8) DOLLARS to use a debit card because I have a different bank. This is ridiculous.

Great bank, can't wait for them to have more locations. Brian is always super responsive and has helped me finance/refinance several vehicles and accounts all from phone calls and eDocuments so I don't have to take vacation time to do my banking. I haven't found anyone who can beat their interest rates either. The online banking has all the features needed and allows me to automate all my payments and make bi weekly payments.

Great bank but the customer service response time and communication is horrible when trying working with there staff. Have lost alot of respect for this place. I have my Business account and personal account through them, For now will be changing that here as soon as possible.

Terrible service, ready to refinance through a bank that will actually let me make an online payment. online page is S**T and service is usually unavailable. 30 min on the phone before you can talk to anyone and then the moron on the phone doesn't know what the problem is and says to try again later. This is every single month I try to make a payment

The worst service I have ever experienced. The customer service never know what they are talking about. I always have to call every month cause they double charge me and act like they don’t know what I’m talking about, even though my bank statement shows that they charge me twice. I found out that they had an automatic payment set up so I called to cancel it because they make their website extremely difficult to figure out. But of course calling was no help because customer service never knows why I see that they charge twice and why they don’t see it. The most complicated website and way to pay for a car loan. I highly recommend looking somewhere else. They will waste so much of your time. The only reason I want to pay off my car loan as soon as possible is so I don’t have to deal with their terrible service.

I came in today because I didn’t know what to do with my financial situation and Brian was amazing. Not only did he answer all my questions, but he didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my situation, he empowered me and made my mom feel at ease as a parent! If you ever need someone to help who can also make you laugh, go see him!! Will definitely be working with him in the future!
