The manager who assisted me was wonderful. The only thing I rate low on is the equipment. She was having a hard time getting the tablet to work so my loan would be completed. She did everything she could and ended up having to enter my information maybe five times. Time for new equipment. Otherwise, I would gladly tell others it's the place to go for friendly help.

I can't believe the two women, with all the bad reviews, are still employed. They obviously hate thier Jobs. Extremely rude. They are more like bill collectors then customer service reps. Olga went so far as to tell my husband it's them lending their money to him not the other way around. This was after our first loan had been paid off and we returned to do it again. The company's rates are laid out and fairly collected. It's ashame they have such bitchy women representing them.

I have been coming to Advance America for years. I continue to go there not only because of the ease of the loan process, but primarily due to the OUTSTANDING customer service. Lisa has helped me year after year. She always remembers me by name, greets me with a smile, and treats me like a friend, not just a customer. I find these characteristics to be a rarity in any service industry anymore as most competitors are "robotic" at best. Both initiating a new loan and or renewing an existing loan, only takes a few minutes at most. I will continue to utilize Advance America for any loan needs in the future and would recommend them to ANYONE. I also want to recognize Olga as she has helped me more recently and has always been extremely helpful and friendly.

This is by far the worst place to go to! They will take everything you have. Being a payday loan company I already know this. But on top of it their customer service is HORRIBLE!! I worked with their "manager" Olga, she was the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever dealt with. I work in customer service and she should not! I would recommend to go somewhere else any where else if you need a loan

I have y'all beat, Lisa and I go WAY way back lol. I started coming to Advance America probably... 13? Years ago? At the time I was really in a bind and crunched on time. I had a huge obstacle in being able to take out a loan; I didn't have a checkbook. Advance America was (and probably still is) the ONLY payday loan service in town that would accept a printed check from my bank. Lisa has ALWAYS been efficient and knowledgeable about the in's and outs of her company's policies and is extremely thorough, she never misses a beat. And she has got -THE BEST- memory of anyone I've ever met! I hadn't had to use Advance America's services in probably close to 7 or 8 years, and she STILL remembered who I was BY NAME before I even made it to the front door! The rapport she has with her customers is bar none, she is a shining example of what world class customer service should look like. And Olga follows in her foot steps, she's just as professional and every bit as pleasant to work with. You ladies brighten up my day every time I see you! And Lisa, you haven't aged a day! I love Advance America's business model and their reasonable interest charges, and for that reason, but especially because of Lisa and Olga, I will be a loyal customer for life. Thanks ladies!
