I had investments here through my old company. I decided to sell everything so I could consolidate at a different brokerage firm. I had no options online to do it myself. Sent secure messages to 2 different people and got no response. 3rd person finally responded said call us at this number. I called, got voicemail..no one there. Called their general service number and got cut off half way through. Called again and got someone to set up closing it down...took forever. This must have been what it was like before the internet. I have a rule...if it's difficult to leave a company i will never use them again. I will never use Merrill Lynch.
