First, I want to say the Customer Service is Horrible. Every time I call I'm put on hold for another rep to pick up and she didnt sound thrilled at all to Answer the phone. It's not my fault you chose to work at a Finance Company and it's obvious you are only there to collect a paycheck (You can hear it in your Voice and Responses). To management, pay attention to the people you Hire because they represent the Image of your Company and listen in on conversation to make sure your staff is creating a Great Experience for your Clients. I Plan to do business elsewhere
