Worst bank customer service ever; waited 90 mins for opening up a checking acct and didn't get it done. Interrupted by another customer and keep asking me same questions again and again. System crashed and not sure how this bank survived.

I have banked with HSBC for over 10 years, but I've had enough. Today, even though I was first in line, I had to wait over 15 minutes for the teller to finish with the previous customer. Whenever I visit this branch there is typically only one teller working, while multiple other employees seem to be just lounging around. My experience in other branches, if anything, has been even worse. Awful customer service, this bank no longer deserves my business.

No phone support. I tried to contact them regarding the credit card and after hearing automatic voice about being transferred nothing happens. To recreate this experience, call their phone number and use option 3 for credit card.

Why the ATM never works afterwards, it’s always out of or doesn’t accept deposits in, I drove one day two hours at the three branches, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and Brickell very disappointing.

This bank is the worst bank ever please don’t go there! They speak Chinese I don’t even understand what they where saying dose two girls that they didn’t want to cash my check cus they said it did not look like my last name on the check and clearly u can see my last name on my ID and they called my client if she make the check and she said yes, not even that they didn’t want to cash it. and I ended up depositing it in my bank sucks!! I hope one day dose two girls get fired they don’t know how treat customers!

I opened a debit account here. I found out that if you deny to open a credit card or invest sth they suggest, their attitude changed immediately and won’t even talk a letter with you.

Trying to open an account and decided to just scrap it because of this branch. They seem so one track in their thinking that they are unable to help if anything is off of their script.
