star loan auto...philly drive....mitsubishi-springfield...N.E.car connection....all> Bait Advertsing-Bait & Switch-Deceptive dealers...Frauds !...(when are ,Attorney's going to step up and start a class action law suit....these dealers >Lie,on the phone,and by email to get,you in their dealerships...have you fill out paperwork give them ,your infromation...all for nothing.)...they tell .you oh sorry you don't have credit..enough credit..you will need a co-signer...you will need more money down...they tell,you they do a soft credit pull>that's a Lie..them credit pulls are hard pulls and will mess up your credit score whatever it was.yea they will finance some-but at the end of the day>you fine there is something WRONG with the car-suv...or and you find the price changed and other problems...and they act like well it's not their fault.whatever you do don't believe their ..Tv Commercials.../Note: all them dealerships -use the same people-same exact words,how they where approved got low monthly payments,etc...so all them people brought a car from each dealer...yea righhhht. ... when is the FTC...B.B.B. Consumer affairs..consumer protection going to step up and do something..back to my question> when are some, ATTORNEY"S going to step up and start a class action suit. ... Note: in case some of you didn't know> alot of them so called good reviews about them dealers> are FAKE...

Oh the buying the car was all peaches and cream had the car for two months and been visiting the shop for the car for the whole 2 months lets jusy say im driving with hazards on to the place to get it fixed I dont even want it anymore Contacted Chris the person who sold me the car Ive tried to contact and he will not contact me back but wanted my husband to get a car from them call a million times but wont call me about my car

The staff have great customer service skills in the beginning,but they weren't fully knowledgeable when it came to getting car warranties or insurance. If it's your first time financing or leasing a car, please do your research or bring someone with you that is fully aware of this information. They claimed they would take good care of me , absolutely not. There not trustworthy at all. The vehicle was making noise the following month after I recently purchased. I only had a 30 day warranty, the factory warranty is up. They never explained this information to me. They gave me the run around about taking my car to the shop, to get a diagnostic check. The only great outcome that came out of this experience is the rate I pay each month for my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place for a first time buyer, leasing or finance.

Went in to talk, just ask a couple questions to see if we could get a 2nd vehicle. The man who helped us, Mike, was very pleasant, with myself, my wife, and everyone our little Chihuahua who visited with everyone in the dealership. Mike did his business, crunched some numbers, and we left with a 2016 Mitsubishi. How cool. They know their business and are very helpful. I rate them caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Good job.

My expirence was awesome!!! Megan the sales manager was superb. Bobby our salesmen was wonderful as well. They were professional, gracious and very honest. I told Megan and Bobby exactly what I wanted As far as monthly payment and they gave me the right number and sold me a car that’s just beautiful with very low miles. I will certainly get my next car from them. I took a chance coming all the way from Abington it’s about a 45 minute drive. But after speaking with them on the phone they won me over within minutes. Star Auto Loan did what they said, but unfortunately they didn't tell the whole story. They said they would get me financed, and they did - but at the total expense of my credit report. Now, months after buying my car I check my credit as I prepare to buy a house, and to my surprise I have 24 (TWENTY FOUR!!!) hard credit inquiries on my credit report, destroying what used to be an acceptable credit score. I had ZERO knowledge that they sent my credit application around to this many lenders - and would have just as soon NOT bought the car versus sacrificing my credit score for the foreseeable future. NOT COOL.

Would not suggest even looking at their cars. They are complete scammers. Tried to trick me into a car I hated with payments way higher than I could afford. APR was at an 18% rate when my credit was in the 700 just because they thought I would fall for it. They made me very uncomfortable, tried to force me to sign and when I didnt they became very angry and more persistent, refusing to let me leave. Bad experience all around, avoid at all costs.

Never told me the car was a lease purchase , was told if I wanted my money back I would be losing out $500 of my deposit downdo to the fact that a GPS device was installed into the car!! Bad experience wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase from there.

Profoundly disappointed....Salesman (one of the two Mike's) informed me that they don't show cars until AFTER I agree to make a down payment... Sure, make a down payment on a car I have never seen...Hell no. My credit isn't the best but my brain works just fine.. Rude, nasty and discourteous staff....There are zillions of options for car buyers at all income levels in the Philadelphia region. Nobody has to put up with Donald Trump attitude...Wouldn't waste my time again on these intemperate troglodytes posing as salesmen.
